Fax fwd ltr fm (va) re defective navigation system and disc player in their cadillac escalade, gm cadillac customer service center has been non responsive to his inquiries.just before the warranty expired, a new navigation radio was installed. There was a problem with the last disc that was installed. It failed at the beginning of august 2009. The consumer took the vehicle back to the dealership where they were informed the disc had scratches on it and nothing could be done.
Consumer writes in regards to banning blue vehicle headlights and red led tail lights *tgwthe consumer stated the intensity and glare from the new blue headlights is blinding to oncoming traffic. The led taillights create a stroboscopic effect that makes the visual field cluttered with phantom targets.
The large shaft driving the steering forward of the pump fractured causing the power steering to fail twice.
