Driving at 10pm south on highway going 65mph on left shoulder 20min in and 10 min to get to my destination (home) on middlel lane n an 18 wheeler tried to merge to left (gusssing he did not see car) so to avoid being swiped by semi said ed steering will to left off to exit median close to cement baracade semi passed got back on road 5 minutes in side left & right also front and back air bags deployed lost control off vehicle and spinned out of freeway & steering wheel locked unable to start vehiclecar facing south now and off highway realized the only thing hit was a front grill where cadillac sign next to it grill was crackedcouple of scuffs but no other body damages and front airbags dint deployso questioning if possible undetected malfunctions progressive insuranceagent lakiesha woodsonno police report because i dint get hit or hit anything or anybodyhave a repair invoice - stating an 18k estimate & considered totaled due to airbagsand tow service of $700 that neither delearship or insurance want to be responsible fordelearship states that since insurance involved cannot have car towed to gm/cadillac service centerandinsurance states i'm at fault because i'm the one that swerved from semibut have stated i avoided to be hit or pushed off roadand it was way after that is when airbags just deployed for nothing or due to it being all electric is just too sensitive and late in reacting either way that's what caused me loosing control of vehicle was not expecting the deployment...had i otherwise hit or been hit i would asume the front airbags would have deployed as well and there would be more body damage other than just airbags and a fallen off front fender just feel like this should be investigated because even if it does not make sense it is what happened just no one wants to accept the responsibility deductible $500

On 8/24/2021 approx 9:45am i returned home from the market as i was parking my vehicle (backing into a parking space) ishift my vehicle control to the rear position and it lock up it was stuck and would not releasei was shocked and upset because the front of my vehicle was still in the way of passing vehicle so i tuned my front wheels in as much as i could but that was all i could do i had to keep my foot on the breaks so that my vehicle would not roll back and slam into the truck behind me , i call the dealership fc kerbeck 100 route 73 north palmyra n.j i told them what happened and that i was upset and did not know what to do i still had my foot on the breaks because i did'nt know if it was safe to turn off my vehicle or what after i was disconnectedi called back and i was informedon how to safley shut down my vehicle . My vehicle had to be towed to the dealershipi found a recall on theissue from general motorsjune 2014 saying that the driver may not be able to shift the transmission in and out of gear due to the shift cable not begin secured and that it could slip out of the brackets and the driver will not be able to stop the vehicle from rolling resulting in a ccident when i mention this to the dealership they claim that they never had any recalls on thid saftey issue i purchase my vehicle in 2017 so they were well aware that this could be a saftey issue some where down the line but they failed to make sure that the consumer was aware of this issue that they could have better control if somethinglike this should happen i was so up set and shock that this had happen my gears were lock down i could not at that time move my vehicle. My is this information not made available to the consumer when they buy these cars then a few years later when it does ealership blows you off and act as if you are crazy this is a saftey issue that could cause your life.

2 starters failed within 17,500 miles.second starter failed within 1,000 miles.10/18/2015 car parked in parking lot.would not start. Towed to dealer - diagnosed as starter (mileage 16,264).11/20/2015 car parked in gas station.would not start.towed to dealer - diagnosed with same problem as 10/19/2015 - starter issue (mileage 17,243).

Cadillac cue screen cracking, creating a spider web appearance on the screen. Car was stationary in drive way all day and night.when i want to drive it the next morning the crack appeared on cue system. No one had used our touch the screen during that time. Over the next couple of days the spider web kept spreading. It's impossible to see the anything on the left side of the backup camera. Gps is difficult to read on left side .

At which point the vehicle's check engine light came on, accompanied with a loss of traction control and stability control, reduced engine power, and shuddering during gear shifts. The vehicle was traveling approximately 40mph at the time. Aside from the aforementioned issues, no other problems with the vehicle were observed.i only traveled two miles before experiencing these issues. As this was a brand new car on a test drive, it obviously had very few miles on the odometer.upon returning to the car dealership, the sales associates pulled the car back onto the sales lot, moved other new cars out of the way, and parked the car amongst other new vehicles for sale. The vehicle was most certainly not pulled into the service drive. Needless to say, this is unsettling news.i have no faith that the vehicle was properly inspected, nor do i have faith that the dealership will responsibly handle this matter. Vehicle displays 'service rear axle' 'service stabilitrak' 'park assist temporarily unavailable' 'automatic seatbelt tightening unavailable'. 4 separate and unique occurrences. Some have also included 'reduced engine power'. Typically the messages come on and reduced power occurs after expressway driving, followed by stop and go city driving or traffic. Also ambient temps are over 80 degrees with each occurrence. Lastly engine bay is extremely hot after the service messages are displayed. Engine temperature gauge does not indicate overheating (displays under the halfway point of the gauge). I have 2 separate video documentations that can be uploaded to youtube. 1st occurrence resulted in cylinder head replacement under warranty. The next 3 occurrences have all happened after the warranty service. Dealership has been unable to replicate the issue after the car cools down. Cadillac customer service said a second dealership review was required even though the car was brought to the dealer with the above service messages present. Attached documents display first warranty service, and second record service messages being present. Similar tsb issued for the ats-v lf4 engine for 'service rear axle' or 'rear axle off', also the lt4 engine has a tsb for engine overheating and going into reduced power mode when the charge air cooling system is not refilled properly via vac-n-fill method. This vehicle has a similar liquid to air, charge air cooling system, requiring the same type of fill method. Full disclosure i am a general motors employee.

Original window label has government 5 star rating for frontal crash and rollover. This was important to me as this will probably be my last car. Letter dated may 16, 2014 from gm changed the 5 star rating to no rating at all. I'm sure gm used the original window label in determining cost of car and dealers used it as a selling point. The cost was substantial to me and i may not have bought it at all if i had known correct safety rating. I feel i was deceived, lied to, and mislead.

I have a damaged right daytime run light on my 2014 cadillac cts.i have not been able to get the replacement part (part# 20896556).gm now says there are non available in the system and have provided no help to secure one.this part fits 2014 thru 2016 cts's.the vehicle is not safe to drive and cadillac doesn't seem to thank it is their responsibility or care that they have created this safety hazard.my gm complaint number is 8-2572310479.i would think that the ntsb should be concerned that gm is doing nothing about this safety issue.

Control of the vehicle was lost and headed head on to the opposite of the highway to oncoming traffic. The brake pedal was applied but the rear tires seized, as a result the rear of vehicle skid and smoke emitted from the burning tires. Complete rear differential assy failure, at my expense of 4590.00 gm did kick in 2500.00 but even with the repair there is no fix for the replacement that is currently being fixed.a full recall with repair, reimbursement or buy out should be demanded, this is a life and death safety issue.

Axle half shaft bolts backed out breaking mating gears in differential. Vehicle was in motion when a vibration that felt like a wheel was extremely out of balance started. The vehicle was pulled over to inspect. After seeing nothing i attempted to drive away so it was put in drive and as the brake was released the gears broke disabling the vehicle necessitating a flat bed tow to the dealer.

Recall id 20v038.the cadillac dealership has had my car for a month for a recall initiated in feb.it is now aug and gm customer service high level representative will not return and calls or emails. The dealership will not give me a loaner car or reimbursement for a rental.the dealership says it it unsafe to drive but refuses to offer any solutions.

There have been many, many complaints about the 2014 cadillac cts 3rd gen rear differential going out at way to soon. Before the 80k mile mark in alot of these cars. As expensive and rare as this part is, it should not be failing or leaking so soon, as it is the main part that moves the wheels in a rwd car. I did not believe it at first but after my purchase the rear differential went bad at only 75k miles. I replaced it, with a used rear diff that had only 50k miles, 10k miles later, it starts leaking and going bad again. Even used ones are a whopping $1k and up. This part should definitely be investigated at all dealerships nationwide, i assure you that there is an unreasonable amount of records of this part going bad to soon.

The rear differential locked while driving at 45mph on a straight, four lane road. It made a loud thump and felt as if the brakes were slammed on. The car pull hard left and the rear tires were smoking. Managed to get the car back to the right and stopped after hitting the curb. Fortunately no other vehicles were involved. The elsd is on backorder and will not be available for 90 days.

I brought my car to my trusted local mechanic, and he informed me that the noise i was hearing from the rear of my car was the differential. He also informed me that it was dangerous because it could lock up, causing my car to go into a skid and lose control. I did some due diligence on the internet and discovered itā€™s a common problem, and although it has been recalled on the sub model of the v sport, the standard cts has not been recalled.

Since this was a safety issue, i had to rent a car on 11/11 to get to and from work.after conversations not receiving any cooperation from cadillac corporation, i was referred to gm corporation. They negotiated a discount, reducing the cost for repair from $3300 to $1400. The repair was not completed until 12/1.they reduced the price by another $500 the day i picked up my car. So, i paid $900 for the repair and $517.17 for the car rental (total $1,417.17).although they significantly reduced the cost of the repair, i still believe this was a safety issue and an expense that should have been covered in the recall. The rear differentials in a cadillac cts-v and cts are the same. The cts-v has a stronger engine, meaning more torque, which means the rear differential in the normal cts should last even longer. My 2014 cadillac only had 70,000 miles; therefore, the rear differential should not have gone out so soon.i would like to be reimbursed for all costs and see this item put on the recall list for the safety and benefit of other cts owners.

The rear differential in my vehicle had to be replaced. Two of the main bearings failed. We noticed a grinding noise from the back as we drove. In august of 2019, i took it to my regular mechanic and he rode in the vehicle with me. He heard and felt the grinding. He recommended that i take it to a reputable transmission mechanic. I took it immediately to bay area transmissions.my vehicle was on the brink of a catastophic failure according to the transmission mechanic. He took me for the test drive and upon return, immediately put it up on the rack. Removed the plug and showed me the black fluid and metal shavings on the plug. He said that the pinnion and rar bearings were shot and that the whole unit needed to be replaced because the parts for this are non-existant. He found a refurbished unit and replaced it at the cost of $1800.00. I had called our local cadillac dealer service dept. They quoted me a new one for $2600.00 but, didn't have one in stock and couldn't tell me when or if they could get one. The cars drivetrain warranty was expired as we had 90000 miles on our vehicle. We purchased it in october2018 with 68000 miles on it. We started noticing a noise from the rear back in june of 2019. There were approx. 80000 miles on it at that time. I wrote cadillac a letter and sent them a copy of the bill asking for help on this as i felt that this failure should not happen with a well maintained, luxury vehicle such as cadillac. I am writing this because i have a complaint. I have never been notified that this car has a recall with the differential. Not from the dealer nor gm. I have read that cars have locked up at high speed resulting in near crashes.i am also reading that there is no fix for this yet. Some have also included 'reduced engine power'. Typically the messages come on and reduced power occurs after expressway driving, followed by stop and go city driving or traffic. Also ambient temps are over 80 degrees with each occurrence. Lastly engine bay is extremely hot after the service messages are displayed. Engine temperature gauge does not indicate overheating (displays under the halfway point of the gauge). I have 2 separate video documentations that can be uploaded to youtube. 1st occurrence resulted in cylinder head replacement under warranty. The next 3 occurrences have all happened after the warranty service. Dealership has been unable to replicate the issue after the car cools down. Cadillac customer service said a second dealership review was required even though the car was brought to the dealer with the above service messages present. Attached documents display first warranty service, and second record service messages being present. Similar tsb issued for the ats-v lf4 engine for 'service rear axle' or 'rear axle off', also the lt4 engine has a tsb for engine overheating and going into reduced power mode when the charge air cooling system is not refilled properly via vac-n-fill method. My 2014 cadillac cts vsport is part of gm recall n192279370 (failure of roll pins in the rear axle differential).in early july, i began the process to have the repair accomplished, but the dealer (bob moore cadillac in edmond, oklahoma) told me there were no parts available to accomplish the recall.six weeks have passed since that intial contact and there are apparently still no parts in stock at any level.this is an important safety recall, with the possible consequences of the failure (locking up of both rear wheels at highway speeds) being very serious.i implore the nhtsa to pressure gm to come up with the necessary assets to get this accomplished on all 2866 affected vehicles, or provide equivalent transportation until such time it can be done.

This complaint is regarding an active recall on my cadillac...manufacturer recall numbern192279370 and nhtsa recall number20v038. I was notified of this recall and in may 2020 that the parts to fix the car were now available. I went to make an appointment for the repair and the parts were no longer available and were on back order. As of this date the parts are still not available. It sounds like this recall could potentially be a serious issue, but gm seems like they are dragging their feet on fixing the problem! it will soon be 5 months since i was notified of the parts supposedly being available but my car is still not repaired. My car is a 2014 cts vsport.i have owned the vehicle since august of 2017, and it had 42,563 miles when i purchased the vehicle.i have had 'tire issues' with the car since day 1.the 1st week i owned the vehicle, the tires had to be replaced, although they had just been replaced prior to my purchase, the car was making very loud noise while driving and it was determined they had 'uneven wear.'along with this, the 'rear axle system off' light would occasionally come on.nothing the dealer could find with it and it always seemed the light would turn off when it was at dealership.now 2 additional sets of tires, and the 'rear axle system off' light not turning off, i was told rear axle 'pieces' need to be replaced to include the rear axle pins and pump, costing 2700.00.along with this repair the car will need to have tires realigned due to uneven wear and rear brakes.the dealer stated they cannot replace the rear axle under the recall because the recall is 'incomplete with no solution.' in addition, they told me my car is unsafe to drive due to risk of the rear tires locking up while driving the vehicle.

I was driving down a 4 lane road going 45 mph - when without warning a loud bang came from the back of the car and the wheels locked up and i went into an uncontrolled spin for ~ 75 yards going sideways down the road at 45...and then came to a stop in the middle of oncoming traffic - the roads were wet as well...i fortunately did not spin into oncoming traffic. I avoided traffic behind me - i was driving with 2 passengers who hopped out of the car to warn drivers approaching we were disabled in the middle of oncoming traffic. The car would not move at all - i turned it off and on and then put it into n to see if we could push it to safety. My vehicle had to be towed to the dealershipi found a recall on theissue from general motorsjune 2014 saying that the driver may not be able to shift the transmission in and out of gear due to the shift cable not begin secured and that it could slip out of the brackets and the driver will not be able to stop the vehicle from rolling resulting in a ccident when i mention this to the dealership they claim that they never had any recalls on thid saftey issue i purchase my vehicle in 2017 so they were well aware that this could be a saftey issue some where down the line but they failed to make sure that the consumer was aware of this issue that they could have better control if somethinglike this should happen i was so up set and shock that this had happen my gears were lock down i could not at that time move my vehicle. My wife was driving and made a right hand turn into a parking lot. The car by itself automatically shut off and the gear shift went by itself from drive position into park. The car did restart. The dealer cannot find anything wrong with the car.

I was unable to get a loaner or rental assistance through harvey cadillac and was instructed to contact cadillac customer care for further assistance. I made contact initially on july 7th 2020 and was given a case number and received a boilerplate response about lack of parts via voicemail. In documents submitted to the nhtsa, gm stated that courtesy transportation may be made available until repairs were able to be made, and referenced company memos indicating how this were to take place. Further contact to cadillac customer care requesting this loaner/rental assistance via multiple telephone calls, voicemails, and social media went unanswered. I have not been able to make contact or prompt any response since that initial july 7th despite multiple attempts. Harvey cadillac on august 17th stated no progress has been made on parts availability or a time frame on when the repair could be completed. Today's date is august 31st, 2020, and it has been nine weeks since i initially called to schedule repairs for a serious safety issue that could put my families safety at risk. I have been advised by dealer and corporate representatives that i should avoid driving the vehicle if possible, as the rear differential could lock up and cause a crash at any time without prior warning, but have been given no solution or assistance as to how to accomplish such a measure. Returned home in driveway shut off car and the driver seat automatically moves as far back as the track will allowwell my grand daughter was in her car seat in the rear behind me, the driver and the seat crushed her foot and bent her foot back wards . Her foot was trapped and wedged between the seatsthe driver seat comes within a few inches of the back seat. So, anyone sitting there would have their kneescrushed.this is a very unsafe situation and it could have been much worse if an adult was sittingthere.

My car is a 2014 cts vsport.i have owned the vehicle since august of 2017, and it had 42,563 miles when i purchased the vehicle.i have had 'tire issues' with the car since day 1.the 1st week i owned the vehicle, the tires had to be replaced, although they had just been replaced prior to my purchase, the car was making very loud noise while driving and it was determined they had 'uneven wear.'along with this, the 'rear axle system off' light would occasionally come on.nothing the dealer could find with it and it always seemed the light would turn off when it was at dealership.now 2 additional sets of tires, and the 'rear axle system off' light not turning off, i was told rear axle 'pieces' need to be replaced to include the rear axle pins and pump, costing 2700.00.along with this repair the car will need to have tires realigned due to uneven wear and rear brakes.the dealer stated they cannot replace the rear axle under the recall because the recall is 'incomplete with no solution.' in addition, they told me my car is unsafe to drive due to risk of the rear tires locking up while driving the vehicle.

The steering gear experienced a short causing the power steering to fail. The entire motor had to be replaced.

The contact owns a 2014 cadillac cts. While driving at various speeds, the steering wheel seized without warning. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on five different occasions where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.

Turned car on after parking at a lot. Reversed to exit and then suddenly, a warning light came on stating "power steering. Drive carefully". Power steering went off entirely. It was extremely hard to move the steering wheel. Could barely get car back into parking spot. Turned engine off twice but the steering did not correct self. After engine was off for 10minutes waiting for tow truck, the power steering came back on.

My steering rack and pump went at only 26,000 miles. If i was driving this car on the road at the time it went i would have had an awful accident. You could not steer the vehicle at all. It cost me 2275 for the part and 6 hours labor @750.00. I think with only 26000miles this should have not happend.

I cannot get my vehicle repaired in the allotted time due to parts not being on hand according to the dealership.

Driving at 10pm south on highway going 65mph on left shoulder 20min in and 10 min to get to my destination (home) on middlel lane n an 18 wheeler tried to merge to left (gusssing he did not see car) so to avoid being swiped by semi said ed steering will to left off to exit median close to cement baracade semi passed got back on road 5 minutes in side left & right also front and back air bags deployed lost control off vehicle and spinned out of freeway & steering wheel locked unable to start vehiclecar facing south now and off highway realized the only thing hit was a front grill where cadillac sign next to it grill was crackedcouple of scuffs but no other body damages and front airbags dint deployso questioning if possible undetected malfunctions progressive insuranceagent lakiesha woodsonno police report because i dint get hit or hit anything or anybodyhave a repair invoice - stating an 18k estimate & considered totaled due to airbagsand tow service of $700 that neither delearship or insurance want to be responsible fordelearship states that since insurance involved cannot have car towed to gm/cadillac service centerandinsurance states i'm at fault because i'm the one that swerved from semibut have stated i avoided to be hit or pushed off roadand it was way after that is when airbags just deployed for nothing or due to it being all electric is just too sensitive and late in reacting either way that's what caused me loosing control of vehicle was not expecting the deployment...had i otherwise hit or been hit i would asume the front airbags would have deployed as well and there would be more body damage other than just airbags and a fallen off front fender just feel like this should be investigated because even if it does not make sense it is what happened just no one wants to accept the responsibility deductible $500

The eps sometimes works and sometime fails 03in motion

The rear end differential broke while the car was in motion on the highway. Which made driving the car very unsafe. I pulled over and i got the part repaired by the cadillac dealership.i have had an on going problem with the front seat heater. When weather is cooler and iactivate the seat heater i experienced the seat getting excessively hot and i nearly burn myself. I had to turn off the heater seat and cover the seat so i don't get hurt. This happened while i was driving the vehicle causingme to pull over immediately during to how hot the seat had got.last but not least, the shifter selector cable detached as i was operating the vehicle on the street (vehicle was in motion) i was driving and pulled up park and notice the shifter knob was moving but the indicator was stuck in the wrong selection. I had to put on emergency break and order a tow to the nearest dealership because the car was unsafe to drive and i didn't know what gear the carbwas in or could i change gears. The manufacturer had recalls for these items on similar vehicles but denied to help me because the recalls are vin specific which i did not know and my vin didn't qualify. I am left with a huge car repair bill for defected parts sold when i brought the car.

The rear differential locked while driving at 45mph on a straight, four lane road. It made a loud thump and felt as if the brakes were slammed on. The car pull hard left and the rear tires were smoking. Managed to get the car back to the right and stopped after hitting the curb. Fortunately no other vehicles were involved. The elsd is on backorder and will not be available for 90 days.

I have told the dealer that i leased the car from that there is a terrible glare and reflection on the windshield from the dashboard. The interior is a new light color and they are having problems with reflections of the cutouts and vents that mirrors the whole top of dash on windshield. When sun shines there is such a distraction that your eyes are all over the place and it is very difficult to see clearly through the windshield without being distracted. If a person or child darted in front of the car when i am distracted by a reflection of all the designs and cutouts, it could be very dangerous. I am still waiting for a response from cadillac. I have never seen any other car with a light color dashboard and am surprised this wasn't researched before manufacturing. Please advise....thank you

Rear differential at risk of failure.i contacted cadillac customer service and they did not see the recall in their system and advised me to contact nhtsa.they said that the nhtsa did not show a recall for that vehicle.the consumer stated the vehicle had numerous safety defect repairs. The consumer requested that the vehicle be bought back.

Original window label has government 5 star rating for frontal crash and rollover. This was important to me as this will probably be my last car. Letter dated may 16, 2014 from gm changed the 5 star rating to no rating at all. I'm sure gm used the original window label in determining cost of car and dealers used it as a selling point. The cost was substantial to me and i may not have bought it at all if i had known correct safety rating. I feel i was deceived, lied to, and mislead.

My rear differential sys is making a loud grinning noise, i contacted cadillac customer service 04/28/20, to see if it under recall status and i was advised it was not. I have researched that this is a very common problem for the 2014 cts. I have 98139 on my cadillac and i don't think i should have problems like this. That loud grinningand whining sound is very annoying and embarrassing. I thought it was my brakes at first however i took it to a mechanic and was advised my rear differential system is causing the winning and grinning sound.

Our mechanic told us that the differential is making a grinding sound and he add differential fluid, but said the problem would only get worse.the car only has 62k miles on it and it is very expensive to have the differential replace/repaired.i feel that this is a defect of the car and should be recalled by cadillac to have the differential replaced.for the differential to go bad at 60k miles is unacceptable and is terrible reliability.

When i turn the wheels left or right either going forward or backward, there is a hitting noise that feels like the front tires will come out of the accel and this happen while in motion on city streets ,it would be more dangerous if it is on high way

Front lower control arm bushing failure of all subframe bushings. To include driver and passenger sides totaling 4 bushing failures. Failures perpetuate excessive movement of the lower control arms. Results: unsolveable misalignment, in extreme situations allowing movement of the wheel camber +/- approximately 1" at speeds exceeding 25mph causing great safety risk.

7/15oil change and tire rotation(after rotation, car was pulling to the right)mentioned mold/mildew smell and in take personnel set up an appointment to address both rotation and ac smell for 7/277/27 - 8/7re-worked the rotation problem addressed the ac smell issuesaid it would take a few weeks to get the smell out(it did not)8/25 -8/27addressed ac smell issue again and service department said it was fixed(it was not) 9/3 - 9/16car still had ac mold smell present replaced evaporator core and said car was smell freeit was not!it emitted odor the day that i drove it out of the service department. 9/21, calledsenior advisor, on line and i requested first senior advisor handling my case call me back by the end of this week with a resolution to the on-going mold problem. This advisor still asked that i call back if initial advisor if she does not get back with me.told her that was unacceptable because i believe the problem now rests with gm cadillac division. Emphasized medical reasons for breathing in mold/mildew from the system which could lead to dire consequences to me, personally, as well as others who are experiencing the same odor.9/23 called corporaterather than customer service number and spoke to a person who supposedly was above the level of senior advisor. .she said that gm has a protocol that was being followed by the senior advisor handling my case and she would get back with me and follow the gm protocol which has not been explained to me and i cant find their protocol on line.i have asked for a full gm vehicle refund because they cannot fix the problem.i believe that gm knows they have a problem and are choosing "bandaid" methods that do not resolve the mold/mildew problem thus endangering the well being of their company's vehicle owners.not right on many levels!

Purchased a new 2014 cadillac cts, window sticker showed clearly and as a selling feature that the car received a government 5 star safety rating for frontal crash, driver and passenger and for roll over.five months later,may 16, 2014 i received a letter from cadillac stating that there was an error and the car did not receive a 5 star government rating and they sent me a new window sticker..i feel this is false advertising promoting the safety of the car based on us government safety rating.thank you

I have a 2014 cadillac cts and the cue was replaced about 4 years ago when it was under warranty. Now the cue screen has cracked on the left side and gone out again. I cannot pair my phone to the car or adjust the temperature from the top or feet area. This is ridiculous. I also see now there are numerous complaints regarding this faulty system. This needs to be recalled and properly fixed.

Engine light turns on and misfire.

The cue infotainment screen cracked/webbed while my car was parked in my jobs parking lot. This caused all features using the screen including handsfee for calls inoperable. The dealer states this is a known recurring issue with the 2014 cue screens. Apparently they are prone to delaminating and cracking due to a poor manufacturing gm design. They stated they do not have a recall for the screens yet and the repair will be out of pocket.

Driving down frontage road at aprox. 30 mph my sunroof exploded suddenly and began to fall into the car.no evidence of anything striking the sunroof and temp. Not an issue.car was in motion and driving straight forward on road.

While driving, the cue system became inoperable and had a delayed response to touch.the vehicle was being driven on a highway travelling approx 65 mph.i pulled over to record video of the system not responding.additionally, there are times when i put the vehicle in reverse and the backup camera doesn't not turn on as it is supposed to.

4 tires have split the side wall due to impact on the road in the last year, pirelli pzero run flat p245018, tires seem defective with side wall splits after minor impacts.

In the past 2 1/2 years i have 7 tires replaced. The side-wall of the tires split and i believe this has to do with the defective wheels. These are 18 inch wheels and i believe they are poorly designed resulting in the tire splitting. I have never experienced this sort of reoccurring problem in any other vehicle
