In late may or early june 2000 consumer received recall notification on driver-side air bag replacement, consumer was told that parts would be available in 6 months, consumer requested that airbag be disabled but was advised by dealer, that they were unable to do that, consumer has received another letter stating parts will be available within 6 to 8 weeks, due to the parts having to be ordered after he was already told that the parts would be available 6 months prior.

Motor mounts failed causing consumer to be in 2 different accidents, in the second accident the consumer sustained injuries, the consumer is requesting reimbursement.
