While driving, a loud noisewas heard coming from underneath the hood. Driver had the vehicle towed to the dealer for analysis.the mechanic replaced the water pump assembly, pulley and engine belt.

Both (driver and passenger) frontal airbags on my 1995 buick lesabre deployed without reason on june 27th and 28th 2015. On the 27th, the passenger airbag deployed while i was coming to a stop at a red light. No one was in the passenger seat though it spilled soda over the back seat.on the 28th the driver airbag deployed while i was driving on i76, going about 70 mph. My right wrist was injured and is red and swollen but i do not think it's broken. The horn then stayed on and i eventually pulled over and removed the fuse for it. (btw which dumb ass put the horn on the same fuse as the power locks and interior light?) in neither case was there a collision of any kind that caused the airbags to go off. I noticed an airbag light on the dashboard after the first airbag deployment, could have been on beforehand but i didn't notice it until after.

At 10:15 pm june 21 2012 myself the driver and my nephew 12 years in age got done eating atrestaurant got in the 95 buick lesabre entered the key in the ignition did not turn the key over just put it in the ignitionsat there for about a minute and talked about what we were going to do next a minute later there was a loud boom looked over to see that the passenger side airbag went off injuring my nephew he suffered really bad bruises to both legs and a nasty bruise to his stomach. Me the driver is having a emotional break over the incident. And my nephew suffering from injuries that hinders some activities he could do during his summer break.

Horn comes on intermittenttly on its own, dealer saidairbag needs to be replaced.

We were driving down the interstate in pa, when the airbag light came on. About ten minutes later the driver's side airbag discharged in my wife's face, then a few seconds laterthe other side went off. We pulled off the highway, got out of the car, raised the hood, unplugged the horns, started the engine and continued to our destination for 3 hours. As we continued up the highway the rain begun to enter the car and filled up the floorboard of the car mainly on the passenger side. We called our insurance company the next morning to get a claim started but it may not be covered, drove the car back home for over 800 miles and researched what to do.

Experience intermittent malfunction, dash, parking and head lights, when flick off or won't come on for no apparent reason, dealer hasn't been able to correct.

The 95 buick lesabre, i have owned three of them now, and this will be the third time i've replace the ignition cylinder and keys due to a security system problem. This is about a 500.00 problem every time! from what i've heard this is a common problem with this vehicle. I'm a single father and don't have the money to be shelling out when this problem occurs. From what the repair facility said this could be fixed with a linkable fuse, so that fuse would go instead of the ignition wires burning up. This really is a simple way around spending 1,500.00 dollars on this problems. This is another reason why i won't buy an american car again.

Horn switch is integrated into drivers side air bag. Horn activated by itself and had to be disconnected. Missouri law requires the horn to work to pass state inspection. The entire air bag unit must be purchased to repair defect at a cost of almost 700.00.dt

Contacte dealer to confirm horn defect-contacted bucik customer care-they agreed to pay only half the bill. I feel this defect is not my fault, extended warranty was purchased at time of sale. Warranty has run out.however, this default is not my fault. It was not caused by an accident, but rather than a defect in horn assembly.

Buick will run diagnostics at $88.00 per hour.can run to $1,000 and may still not find the problem.had an initial recall on the brakes.like the car or wouldn't still haveit. Seat belt: right rear seat beltwill not become unlocked. Had child seat locked in and had to cut the seat belt to remove the seat.

Left front seat belt does not lock while the right front seat belt does lock while driving, dealer said it is design that way, because of child safety seat.

Driver's safety belt is being shredded by plastic anchor, the belt is half its original size. .

I had my front brakes replaced as they were in need of it due to uneven stopping, but reason more so was the abs light would keep coming on.the brakes feel like they are going to fail, not allowing you to come to quick stop as needed, even at a stop sign or light.this still happens even after brake work was done.mechanic said the abs sensor was in the wheel bearing and would cost over $300 to change that.however, the problem still exists and i am afraid it is going to cause a serious accident, for example, should someone pull out in front of me and i am unable to stop due to abs failure.after the light comes on, after initial failure to stop, then it works fine until it sits for several hours and repeats it again.this is very scary situation and now considering our daughter, 16, is driving too makes it even more of a huge concern.

Brakes would make a grinding noise when starting out slowly. Took to dealer & could not find anything wrong. Dealer took brakes apart twice and could not find any problems, consumer feels problem could be related to abs.

Abs valve block failed . Am reporting this failure since it is the second abs brake failure of two gm automobiles we currently own. Our 1992 chevy caprice wagon abs system failed when it had 49,978 miles on it. Now the 1995 buick, which has 55700 miles on it has also experienced an abs brake failure. We can understand an isolated failure. But having two general motors automobiles and both cars experiencing abs brake failures lead usto believe that general motors has a problem with abs systems throughout its various fleets. Request your offices reseaarch this potential problem with the intention of having a recall of all cars so affected if necessary. The two abs failures total more than $2200.00 in repairs.

Anti-lock brakes: brake light came on while driving , would not go off. Dealer said it was a modulated pressure valve. Does not think brakes should have gone at45000 miles.

When appyling the brakes the pedal traveled to the floor, causing extended stopping distance which caused the vehicle to go over a hill.

Brakes would make a grinding noise when starting out slowly. Took to dealer & could not find anything wrong. Dealer took brakes apart twice and could not find any problems, consumer feels problem could be related to abs.

The contact owns a 1995 buick lesabre. The contact was driving 25 mph when the bolts that held the steering box to the frame fractured, causing limited control of the steering. The vehicle was driven slowly to the dealer who advised the contact that the bolts were fractured but the technician also advised that they would not make any repairs due to the age of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic who drilled a new hole replaced the older bolts. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 225,000.

Power steering pump fell off because lower bolt was sheered off, upper bolt fell out and is missing.

Consumer was driving vehicle, made a left turn and the steering wheel broke. Next day consumer took vehicle to dealership for repairs. *ml

Consumerstated that the bolts holding the engine cradle were corroded.as a result, the cradle fell down and disengaged the steering linkages. Vehicle could not steer properly. Consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, and the manufacturer was also contacted. Consumer was told that there was no recall for this malfunction, and there was nothing they coulddo.

Steering knuckle was report to be broken and needed to be replaced.consumer requesting information on the wear of this item at 37,000 miles. Could this be a defective part. Feel free to provide further details.

Also, power window motor is defective/ power seats have ripped seams, and tires had a thumping sound and had to be replaced. Dome light is so dim that it is unuseable. ...head restraints are too low. Won't extend to proper height for protection ....power door lock (driver side) stopped working. Key won't work either. Have to enter from passenger side....passenger side power door lock also stopped working about a month after the driver side went out....gas gaauge is deceptive. Very inaccurate. Changes when moving and when stoipped. ....storage/glove box between front seats locked itself and wouldn't open. Had to break it open to retrieve medicine needed.

Trunk lid design allows water to leak into trunk compartment.*aw

Horn had to be disconected to stop sounding.inspection cannot take place and it cost 800.00 to fix.it is somehow connected to the airbag probelm.the trunk leaks and over 4"of water collected in spare tire area during tropical storm while parked.

Drivingmy 1995 buick lesabre i drove down and up a slight road variation and then heard a noise i turned right to get to my office upon making the turn i lostall steering i got the car off the road and looked the whole undercarriage cradle was sitting near the ground / i had the car towed .. Upon further inspection the bolts of the cradle( under engine supports were broken. Thank god i wasn't driving on a highway surely myself or someone would have been killed or injured. This car model has many other cases of similar defect i saw on line. This car should be banned from the roads.

(3) of (4 ) general tires had tread separation,and the 4th tire had flat spots. Original equipment on the car. Tire size p20570r15.

Going 65 mph and had heard a thumping noise, and vehicle started shaking. Then, a loud bang. Pulled off road, checked tires and noticed that tread on right rear had been "shaved" completely off. Tire had maintained pressure. Had damage to quarter panel. Tire was replaced by emergency road service.firestone fr410p205/70r15 with 20,000 miles.consumer is requesting reimbursement for the replacement tire and is requesting replacement for both rear tires, consumer is also asking for repairing the damages that were caused to the vehicle due to faulty tires.

While traveling between 60 and 65 mph right front general tire size: p205/70r15, dot: a3m0dbi138 experienced tread separation.there were approximately 15000 to 18,000 miles on this tire. Tirenot original equipmenton a 1995, buick, lesabre.consumer stated that this problem was experienced 2 years ago on other tires.

All four tires replaced prior to recall 00t-005, due to tread separaton,

Due to misalignmen of the door handle and button rod, the passen's door is difficult to open with the remote/key.

While driving on highway , travelling about 50mph, vehicle cut off three times.also, engine check light came on and stayed on.contacted dealer, and was able to repair. Engine checklight came on again.vehicle is at the dealer.

The insulation on the wires of the fuel sending unit, inside the fuel tank, melted to expose bare wiring causing fuel pump to short out.signs of excessive heat melting the wiring harness/connector, inside the fuel tank, also obvious.signs of this happening include fuel gauge indicator showing past the full mark and voltage indicator being pulled down to between 7 and 9 volts.

Cruise control would go out intermittently i took it to the karl model buick at 1125 e 32nd st in yuma and they diagnoisededit as the p.c. M they put in a remanafactured one at a cost of $315.32 it worked for 2 days and then it went out altogether so they put in another one and it would only fire on 4 cylinders so they put in amother one and the cruise worked for about 2 hours i took it back and to say the leasti was a little irate. I asked them if they had checked the brake switch. They put in a newswitch and it has worked fine since then. Which leaves me to believe that there wasen'tany thing wrong with the p. C. M to start with. But would like to know if you have heard of similar instances with the cruise control. Thank you one at a cost of.

Passengers side outside rearview mirror failed.

The passenger side mirror fell off three times, glue does not hold properly. Yh

Windshield has many little specks in it. When looking into the sun these specks illuminate and become glare and make it harder to see out the windshield
