The contact owns a 2015 buick lacrosse. While driving approximately 35-40 mph, a deer struck the front driver's side of the contact's vehicle. The driver's side steering wheel air bag deployed, but did not fully inflate. There were no injuries. A police report was filed and the insurance company was notified.the vehicle was towed to a tow lot where and was awaiting inspection from the insurance company. Vehicle problem starts with tire inflation warning, then seat belt warning and quickly spreads to all systems shown on the instrument panel. All systems stop functioning including turn signals, with only steering, braking, and accelerator operable. Instrument panel may go dark, then resume with same failure lighting sequence. Onstar stops working. Ventilation system may run max heat and or switch to max cold, then shut down (while driving). Last spring vehicle would not allow entry, transmission locked, and was towed to dealer. Early november 2016 tire pressure warning fired (parked). End of january instrument panel went full sequence of warning lights, went dark (while driving).january 26, 2016 (while driving freeway speed) instrument panel ran through sequence of warning lights, gauges fluctuated widely, panel went dark, no controls worked except, brakes, steering, accelerator. To shut off engine (while parked) took three attempts and once off instrument panel continued to displace warning lights. Vehicle towed to dealer.
While driving around 65 mph on a highway.the battery light went on.then suddenly the power steering and brakes died. It was very scary.a hugh safety issue, this very easily could have lead to a serious accident, crash or death.the steering was very difficult to turn and the brakes hard to push down. But the car was still running and luckily i was close to a exit. I pulled off the highway and stopped in store parking lot.it would not start after getting there. I had to have ittaken to a buick dealership.it was also showing a air bag error message.they told me it had to do with the seat position or something like that.i have had it there 6 times this year with the same issue.about 3 weeks ago for the 7th time of taking it there they finally replaced the hybrid battery stating that was the problem.howeverit worked for only 9 days. When i went to drive it on the ninth day,the battery light was again on and had no power steering or brakes.i left it in my garage, but ultimately had to take it back to the company who has now had it for 2 weeks stating that there is some type of parasitic draw on the batter and it won't hold a charge.they also can't find the issue with what's wrong with the car.this car is not safe and should be recalled.

My headlights continue toblow,my windshieldwipers will not come on. My radio goes out and on. When starting my car using push start my car stall. Hesitate tostart but finally starts afterso many tries. I have had to jump start car and recently had a battery replaced. Now the power steering is gone out. I can barely turn steeringwheel., this happenedwhile drivinghome from work. My dashboard is very dim. It went completely black a couple of times while driving when came back it's barely lit i can barely see gas gauge, or speed odometer.

Power steering service soon warning comes on and power steering is lost. General motors has been notified and dealer has reset computer. Continues to fail. Extremely difficult to steer when this happens.happens at slow speeds on city streets and while turning.

While driving at approximately 55 mph, my power steering went out (at first i thought i had blown a tire).it became almost impossible to perform any quick/reactionary steering changes.i put on my hazards and drove to the dealership and then for a second opinion with my local trusted mechanic.both advised the electronic steering assembly went bad, that there is a new part #, indicative of a high failure rate; however, the part is not available in all of north america (they checked.) they called gm buick and were advised an eta on the backorder for the part is unknown.they filed for an emergency backorder request and are awaiting further information.now, i have an undriveable vehicle, there are no loaner cars available, the cheapest rental car is a full car payment every three days, and no idea how long before the vehicle will be able to be repaired as it is too dangerous to drive in its current state.i think this needs to be investigated, as this issue sounds like it should be a recall before someone gets killed.
I was driving on the highway at approximately 70 miles an hour when my power steering went out.with great difficulty i was able to move across lanes and get to an exit.i drove to the nearest buick dealer who said they were too backed up to help.while at the buick dealer i turned the engine off.when i turned the engine back on, the power steering was working again.

Radio won't turn on after i start car. However if i turn on radio before starting car and the door is open it will come on.if i leave the radio on and shut car down and leave car, when i return& before start the car, the radio will come on upon start up. Seem like there is a radio control switch in the door area that is tempermental.
Sunroof spontaneously exploded while driving on the highway at approximate speed of 65 mph. Occurred while driving open area and nothing hit the vehicle. Temperature was approximately 41 degrees at about 7:30pm with no rain, snow, etc. At the time of incident. There was a very loud "bang" sound with 5 passengers in vehicle at the time. Inside temperature of vehicle set at 72 degrees. Some very small pieces "sand like" of glass were noticed on center console, front seats. Not sure where else.a new insurance claim has been initiated. The dealership service tech isn't going to contact gm to advise of any possible defect since he believes the sunroof must have been hit by some object on the outside since the hole is in center and he saw no cracks or anything coming from an edge. Additionally, he never heard of any instances like this with buick/gm even though i believe this could be a first of manufacturing, safety, recall issue.
Adaptive cruise control - vehicle follows vehicle in front way too close. The interval following distance is 1.2 seconds when set to near and 1.5 seconds when set to far. This is way too close as most states specify no less than 3 seconds. Buick has no answer. Please help...
