Also service airbag light has come on intermittently prior to fuel gauge issue and now is on every time.called buick and they acknowledge that it has been a problem for that model and even year just not my vin.perhaps expansion of vehicles affected??? 77,000 miles

The airbag sensors need to be replaced apparently but we were in no accident prior to the light coming on

The contact owned a 2014 buick enclave. While driving into an intersection, the driver's side of the contact's vehicle was struck by an oncoming vehicle. The contact's vehicle spun off the road and landed in a ditch. The front end and driver's side of the vehicle were severely damaged. The contact was unable to recall the details of the crash. One day, "service airbag" text just came up on the screen in the dashboard along with the airbag shaped light. Nothing happened to the car, i just have been driving it normally. It just came on with no reason. It has 62,400 miles on it. 2014.

Service air bag notification and warning light have come on at approximately 100,000 miles while driving on city street. No accidents noted at time of notifications. An auto repair mechanic noted code b001e - driver side inboard side airbag deployment loop resistance above threshold. Airbag code has tsb to solder connection pins at connector x333 and x332 which should be under warranty. Pins were found to be damaged.

My service air bags notification is on. I can't get it to turn off.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. When the vehicle was started, the air bag warning indicator illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to craig smith auto group (7459 oh-309, galion, oh 44833, (419) 462-1746) where it was diagnosed that the air bag sensors needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to take the vehicle back to the dealer. The failure mileage was 80,000.

Within 90 days of purchasing my used 2014 buick enclave the alert came on telling me to have the air bag serviced. It was within the 90 warranty from the used dealership so at no cost they took it in and then let me know it was a recall issue the dealership had to address. After almost a week i got my vehicle back and ā€œall was correctedā€¯ for a month or so. Then one day it just came back on again. It decides when it will alert me at random. But i do not see it listed as a recall because it was ā€œrepairedā€¯. Twice now when i have been on a long road trip and have been driving for more than 5 hours my sensor for my tires will start alerting me to have my tire sensors serviced. Once the vehicle has been restarted it seems to reset itself.

Airbag warning light started coming on intermittently and now remains on.according to the local dealer (chevrolet of canton, ga) the airbag warning light is coming on due to a faulty wire.this appears to be the same issue that resulted in a recall for 2008-2013 buick enclaves.car has approximately 54,000 miles and we are the original owners.

Vehicle warning lights come on randomly - airbags, check engine, abs.they will light during drive time, then blink out for no apparent reason.instrument lighting may or may not light when vehicle is started, and instrument console and/or entertainment console will not function when unlit.again, this happens randomly, and often resolves just as randomly.have had vehicle inspected by dealer without any issues identified.issues have been ongoing for a number of years.they can occur without regard to vehicle being in motion.

"service airbag" panel caution light illuminates. It goes out and comes on randomly.dealer cannot find root cause and simply resets light to turn it off. There is a recall 2008-1013 buick enclave for this identical problem. This is on a 2014 model.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. The contact stated that the air bags sensor light for the front passenger's side seat malfunctioned when his wife sat in the seat. The pressure seat belt resistance was too high and dielectric grease needed to be added to the electric connector of the seat belt. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 50,472.

Light sensor for all air bags stay on.the light don't go off after driving it. Afraid that air bag would go off or blow up in front of face, causing for an accident while driving. Air bag not working properly and itcan causean unexpected accident.i live in fear while driving my car.

Service airbag warning light was on for 4 days.took car into buick dealership, they said the light wasn't on and couldn't find a problem.the light was on when i dropped the car off that day.they had my car for 2 days.got the car back on friday evening, 2 days later the light is back on.there is a recall for this issue in 2013 models, but since this is a 2014 i wanted to make this known that it is a problem and may require a recall for the 2014 buick enclave.

Smoke came out inside on the front passenger vent, fire melted the vent cover. Took the gmc / buick dealership, they said they cannot find the source of fire, suggesting fire cause is external such as reflection from the sun. Driver does't smoke and there's nothing i can find in the vehicle that might have cause the reflection such as a mirror or any shiny object. This happened while the vehicle is in motion, city street driving.vehicle traveled approximately 2 miles from the house at 8 in the morning. Outside temperature around 50's degrees. I think the problem might be electrical. The amount of smoke and burning smell in the vehicle made it very unsafe to drive it.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. While driving approximately 15 mph, the engine started to lose power. In addition, an unknown warning indicator illuminated with a message stating that the vehicle should not be driven. The contact drove home and had the vehicle towed to johnson cadillac (located at 1122 walton way, augusta, ga 30901, 706-955-7066). When the interior panel is lit up, the controls in the middle row for the ac/heater get very hot.the front ac/heater controls do not have this issue, only in the middle row.i brought it up to the dealer when i took it in to get the oil changed and they really did not seem to care.this concerns me because i often have my grandchildren in the middle row.i do not want them burning themselves on the controls.it is not just warm, but very hot.i do not want a fire starting in my car or children getting burned.when the front vehicle lights are on, these controls are automatically illuminated.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. While driving 35 mph, the vehicle lost power, but was able to restart. While in motion vehicle check engine light will come on with the following messages.stabilitrack off, traction control off, engine power reduced.car will not accelerate above 40 mph.car will slightly shake while this happens.car will some times also shut off completely and not restart until codes have been cleared.this has happened on several occasions starting in february 2017.i have been told it needs a new wiring harness, new powertrain control module, new fuse box due to water intrusion, water is stated to come from cracked windshield but windshield has been replaced before and problem persisted.fuse box has been replaced.pcm and ignition switch have both been replaced.gives code p1682 which is ignition 1 switch circuit 2 code.two document #s have shown up when running diagnostic check (4583190 and 4184289)

Just bought 2014 buick enclave - nice car, but day after, rear power liftgate became inoperable with remote, door touch pad, and console switch. Hot weather 80+ degrees. Fuse is good. Will not open manually and there is no mechanical way of opening the door from the outside. No way to open door in an emergency. Does not function as outlined in owners manual, either manually or electrically. Owner's manual has contradictory operating instructions.

In 2016, and again in 2020 after the dealer first fixed the issue, while driving at high speeds, on highways, also in the rain, again at a stop light, the vehicle suddenly decelerated, causing the potential for a very serious accident. The warnings then displayed on the dash included reduced engine power, service stabilitrak, service traction control, and traction control off. The vehicle only then drove at slow speeds, sputtered and jerked, and felt like it might stall. When able to pull over, at times turning off the car reversed the problem. Sometimes the check engine light was on, sometimes it wasn't. Sometimes it would drive fine and then out of nowhere, it would happen again. In 2016, the dealership had a difficult time finding the issue. After several days of driving it, they identified the problem as a fuse box issue and replaced the fuse box. This seemed to fix the issue until it happened again in 2020 while driving. On a road trip, it happened while on a highway, again at a red light, and while on a highway again. Each time, we pulled over, turned the car off for a while. One time in particular, the issue didn't go away after turning the car back on.

About a year ago, our 2014 buick enclave awd, began shuddering while driving and lagging when trying to accelerate. 4 months ago, the vehicle's check engine light came on while i was on the freeway. It also displayed the "traction control off" 'stability control off" and "engine power reduced" signs on the dashboard. My vehicle went from 75 mph to 25 in a matter of seconds.. While i was on the freeway with my two children in the car! i was able to pull off to the side of the road, turn the car completely off and turn itback on again. This seemed to reboot the computer, but the check engine light remained on for several days. 4 months later, this has nowhappened about 16 additional times, 3 while on the freeway! we've replaced the throttle body, throttle body gasket, mass air full sensor, pvc valve and the power train module relay. We are continuing to have problems!!the most recent, this morning while taking my children to school.this on top of having to have the a/c evaporator replaced at least once/ year since we bought this vehicle brand new off the lot!i'm a little tired of putting my children's lives as well as my own in danger every time i take them and pick them up from school!

On 11/30, we turned on the car, the engine light on the dash came on to service engine.we took the car to the dealership. We were informed the problem is in the transmission.it needed a torque converter, a pump and new gaskets.they've had the car since 12/2, and informed us they were waiting for the gaskets which will possibly be two more weeks.

I have a p0420 code on my 2014 buick enclave for about a year now. Almost everything related to engine performance was replaced because no one could believe that the catalytic converter went bad - even at the dealership - on a 4 year old car where the aftermarket catalytic converter has a 5 year warranty. I spent over $2,000 so far replacing one thing after another at the dealership's advice because they did not even know the reason for the fault. Now i know it is the catalytic converter because the exhaust started smelling bad whenever the car is running. Gm/buick should investigate why its catalytic converters are failing and fork the bill on fixing it.

2014 buick enclave.consumer writes in regards to vehicle headlights malfunction.the consumer stated while driving, the right head light went out. All few minutes later, all the head lights went out. The consumer turned the vehicle off and re-started it. The left head light came back on. The consumer was able to get the vehicle fixed the same day he called the dealer.

While driving at night on a busy city street, both headlights went out. It scared me to death. I quickly switched the lights from auto to manual and they came back on. Within seconds, however, they went off, again and did not come back on. I was able to make it home without incident, but very frightened. I took the car to the dealer to diagnose the problem. When they removed the bulb and ballast, they discovered that the entire headlight apparatus had warped by overheating. This was the same on both headlights. I was told the cost to repair would be approximately $2,800 for parts, plus labor. They also told me that the vehicle warranty did not cover the problem. It is clear the problem is a defect, rather than a matter of reasonable wear and use. I have seen that other identical complaints have been lodged with the nhtsa. Additionally, there are multiple complaints on-line of similar problems. For the safety of all who may be driving this make and model, i respectfully request that a recall order be issued.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. While driving 20 mph, the headlamps failed without warning. My enclave gets thre worst gas mileage of any vehicle i've ever owned. My 2003 trailblazer gets better gas mileage than this suv by almost double and it's not very fuel efficient.my boyfriend's v8 silverado also gets about 50% better gas milage.ive brought it in multiple times and they keep saying they can't find an issue bc the computer isn't flagging any issues.the driver side shock that wad replaced has also already went bad with no reason and the passenger side wheel wobbles when reversing out if a parking space.this again was checked and they denied finding any issues.this has been ongoing since i bought the vehicle and the ridiculously priced and worthless additional warranty in december of 2017.

When i left home fuel gauge read 3/4 of a tank.drove to khol's when i was done and started car to return home my gauge read full.

Possible electrical short? fuel gauge dropped over an eighth of a tank when just filled it up and drove 2 miles home.next time i started it up it displayed the aforementioned.has done this a few times now. Also service airbag light has come on intermittently prior to fuel gauge issue and now is on every time.called buick and they acknowledge that it has been a problem for that model and even year just not my vin.perhaps expansion of vehicles affected??? 77,000 miles

I put the car at 'n' gear position, but the car went backward. I stopped the car, took out the keys, and restarted. The second time, about 2 months after the first incident, the car started to roll when i put the carat 'p' gear position.

Power steering fails momentarily (during voltage drop?) & suddenly returns mainly during slow speed turns.

Takata recallin the almost 3 years i've owned my 2014 buick enclave, there have been 2 occurrences with the same transmission issue. The codes are: p0700, p182e and p0306. The engine light comes on and flashes for roughly 30 seconds. The first occurrence was in the city, about 35mph and the second was on the highway with a speed of 60mph. Both times i've pulled off the road and the light disappears. When i take it in, the codes are pulled and cleared. The mechanic can not get the code to reappear. My buick has never shifted right, noticing padding and jerking before and after switching gears. The mechanic said this is a common problem with these transmissions and the repair bill will be around $3,500.00 for a new transmission. A 5 year old vehicle should not be having these issues!! buying a 2 year old vehicle at $28k, owning it for less than 3 years and having to replace the transmission does not sit right in my book. Gm needs to fix this transmission problem and soon!

Shortly after taking ownership of the vehicle, we noticed a "clunking" within the transmission when going up a small incline at approx 15 mph.the problem has persisted for years and we've had the dealer investigate multiple times with no remedy.the issue is now more visible at highway speeds between 60 and 65 mph.we recently dropped off with the dealer where they applied a software patch which has slightly reduced the issue, but has not resolved.we still have a "clunking" transmission at 15mph up an incline and at highway speeds.i have seen others reporting the same problem.

I've experienced ongoing intermittent issues with the transmission slamming into gear, around 2nd and 3rd gear, and changing the transmission oil as not alleviated the issue.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. While driving up an incline at approximately 15 mph, the vehicle began to jerk when shifting between first and second gear. The failure occurred 12 times in cold weather temperatures of 30 degrees or less. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure. The transmission is slipping and failing to shift into the next gear on acceleration. The problem is intermittent and has been progressively getting worse over the last 7 months. Now it is at the dealer and they won't cover the repair because the warranty expired 2 months ago. The exact same thing happened to my prior buick enclave which i traded in (because of this problem) when i purchased my current vehicle.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. The contact stated that after driving into the garage and switching the gear shifter to the park position and after releasing the brake pedal, the vehicle suddenly shifted into reverse and crashed into the garage door. No police report or injuries were reported. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer brads cottage grove chevrolet (2775 row river rd, cottage grove, or 97424) who diagnosed that the transmission shifter cable was faulty and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The vin was not available.the failure mileage was 40,000.

The buick did a hard turn to the left, without any action of the driver, and went into an uncontrollable counterclockwise spin and hit the concrete divider.prior to the accident the buick was traveling in the right south bound lane of us 75 with the traffic flow. There was a light rain and no one was changing lanes or speeding.no other vehicle skidded or went out of control. The cause of the accident was not the weather or driver error.possible causes for the accident are: faulty steering system, faulty antiskid system, or a computer glitch. The dealer would not talk to us.the buick has not been inspected.no one will inspect it.

Transmission is shifting hard. Was shifting hard only on a turn but is now shifting hard as you are just driving on a straightway.

The air bags did not deploy. The contact was informed that the seat belt failed to lock and properly restrain him. The vehicle was towed and totaled. A police report was filed. The contact received injuries to the ribs, clavicle, and shoulder, which required medical attention. The approximate failure mileage was 40,000.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. The contact stated that the air bag warning indicator remained illuminated while driving. The vehicle was taken to rick hendrick chevrolet norfolk (6252 e virginia beach blvd, norfolk, va 23502, phone number: (757) 266-5804) where it was diagnosed that the air bag had shorted out and code b0022-0d was found. The pressure seat belt resistance was too high and dielectric grease needed to be added to the electric connector of the seat belt. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 50,472.

I went to put on driver seatbelt, and itwouldn't retract.the passenger seatbelt is defective as well. Defective seatbelts leaves this vehicle unsafe and illegal to drive!

Front passenger seat belt buckle twisted 180 degrees. Result is belt is twisted when fastened with discomfort and reduction in belt effectiveness. Increased risk of severe injury or death. Nucar chevy dealer denied warranty claim "because vehicle was not purchased at nucar".

2014 buick enclave. Consumer writes in regards to malfunctioning driver and passenger side seat belts. *ldthe consumer stated the vehicle was involved in an accident where the seat belts did not properly restrain the occupants. The driver received 2 black eyes as a result of striking the left side windshield post with forehead. The passenger also suffered injuries.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave.the contact received a notification for nhtsa campaign 14v266000 (seat belts). However, the dealer could not perform the repairs for three months because the parts were not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue.the vehicle had not experience the failure.

Vehicle buckle latch is jammed/malfunctioning. Buckle does not accept latch and poses a severe accident threat to adults/children. Both captain chair buckles are affected. Normal wear is observed with the vehicle with child restraint car seats in both forward and rear facing, longevity of buckle system with infant car seats is jeopardized and rendered ineffective. Buckle mechanism is poorly made with plastic breaking apart. Metal prong is observed to be in the out/locked position and does not disengage. Previous to jamming buckle was hard to accept a latch.

The front driver & passenger head rests protrude too far forward even when pushed all the way back. The headrests are not able to be adjusted high enough for a tall person. For tall individuals this causes the lower portion of the headrest to press into a pressure point on the back. This could result in spinal damage in a rear end collision. Some owners are choosing to turn the head rests around backwards or remove them entirely. This also forces people to drive with the seat reclined too far back.

The driver side control panel frame broke.noticed the seat control panel hanging out of the seat.

Whatever rules are being promulgated regarding car head restraints are irrational.i am confronted with head, neck and shoulder pain after each drive, regardless of how short.the headrest, all cars with recent headrests, is too far forward and pushes the head into a downward looking position.this unsafe body position will create other types of injuries, either from prolonged poor body mechanics or unsafe body or vehicle modifications.without the ability to adjust the headrest into a comfortable driving position for 99.9% of the time the driver is in the vehicle, the odds of the .01% being effective is minimal.please reissue the rules and provide some type of credit to fix the countless cars burdened by this irrational policy.

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. While driving 35 mph, the brakes made a loud squealing noise when the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to be repaired. The front and back brakes and rotors were replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 39,958.

Steering stiffness & tightness at low speed or high speed. Steering wheel tighten's up to the point where it's almost impossible to turn the wheel. Extremely dangerous when driving 50-60 mph on the expressway. Just purchased the vehicle dec 19th 2020. I noticed the problem within the first 2 days car dealer was contacted dec 21st 2020 in regards to the problem. Car was diagnosed at the dealer & returned to me without any findings of the issue. Still there is stiffness that comes & goes. I'm extremely concerned about my safety and or others. This is a significant problem that needs attention asap. Please recall some could or myself could be injured or killed. Brakes make a crunchy clicking noise & the dealer stated that they couldn't duplicate the sound.

This is my 2nd buick enclave. The first one was 2007 model which had a major failure to brakes- vacuum assist etc. I was in florida in january 2014 when this failure occurred. It was found by crown buick in st. Petersburg, fl. During a routine oil change. I paid a substantial amount of money approx. $1000 to have it repaired. I did not feel safe after this & traded it in for a new 2014 buick enclave with crown buick. Now my 2014 buick enclave with 64000+ miles is starting to exhibit the same characteristics: mushy - extra pressure applied to brakes to slow it down when in motion on city street & particularly on the highway. I feel the buick enclaves should be added to "recall list" along with other gm vehicles recently added.[xxx] phone # [xxx]information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

My wife went to local store and parked the car. When backing out of parking spot, she was unable to turn steering wheel !!!!. It happened on 12jan2017 with only 18,824 total miles. Car had to be loaded and hauled to local dealer due to steering failure.and the cause was, i quote or copy fromdealer work orderinspected and found belt hanging loose on engine. Found idler pulley bolt broken and pulley laying loose extracted broken bolt from block. Tapped threads to ensure none damage {end of copy} what happens here in az driving in the mt's around curves?? would they say oh he's old lost control and went over the edge and the crash broke the bolt. Or looking at cell phone crossed over center line hitting a semi head on. The crash broke the bolt. And never find out they have bad bolts in the steering system. I told several shop supervisors but they just shook there head. Are the bolts not harden correctly?was to much torque used for bolt size when installing??are the bolts to small of a size for the job??the bolt only had to hold the belt pulley tight on the serpentine belt. So that you can steer, run the generator and other things. T.but it snapped while parked or car was started. I am scared while i am driving the car. When can it happen again?car was in warranty and fixed at no charge.

I bought my 2014 buick enclave at the end of may and had it in the shop at the beginning of december, after putting 3000 miles on it,for power steering issues, (noise and vibration) and it turns out the needed to replace the pump but were not comfortable with the design, while they were looking at it they said they needed to also replace a ball joint. Then in mid jan. The noise started again, i had it checked and they said it was from the cold, well that became untrue as it became worse in the next few weeks (noise and vibration as i was turning)and i brought it in again 3-7-2018 and sure enough the same problem is there!! so the mechanic has to figure out a different solution by calling the buick dealer. I am extremely disappointed with this as this is my first "new" vehicle i bought, very unhappy!! buick needs to recall and find a fix for all these problems!

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. The contact stated that the vehicle loss power steering assist and became difficult to steer. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the steering rack and power steering pump were replaced however, the failure recurred. Kolar chevrolet buick gmc cadillac (4770 w. Arrowhead rd, hermantown, mn 55811, (218)727-7481) was contacted and the contact was informed that the vehicle was not covered by warranty or recall. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 120,000.consumer states that the power assisted steering failed when trying to make a right turn. Consumer states that they separated their shoulder while trying to steer out of a parking space. After second failure vehicle had another rack and power steering pump installed. *dl

Steering stiffened up to point i was unable to crank wheel in parking lot traveling 5mph.while on freeway enter ramp, could feel tension pull then release on the curve at 40 mph. Gm dealer charging 1600 to replace power steering pump... Only 45,000 miles ,,,

The contact owns a 2014 buick enclave. The contact stated that while his daughter was driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel was difficult to turn. There were several unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to action buick gmc (211 ross clark cir, dothan, al 36303, (866) 926-2457) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. Hard to steer, turn left or right. Hearing a clenching sound when turning.

I cannot turn my steering wheel when going at slow mph. When trying to pull into parking spaces, driveways, sharp turns or basically doing anything had requires me to drive slowly and turn, my steering wheel will not turn. It's extremely hard.

The driver's door brushed over my lower leg and cut it due to a very sharp edge on the bottom corner of the door. This has happened three times. Both the driver'sdoor and the front passenger door come to an extremely sharp point at the bottom lower edge. I have cut my leg three times total and both doors have done it. I have not hit my leg very hard with the door but the doors are so sharp that they just sliced my skin. I did not require medical attention but this is still a problem. I took my vehicle to the dealer for repair and they stated that it was a design problem and did not really know how to correct it. I have a picture from the first incident if you require it.

While driving 70 mph, a loud pop noise was heard. The vehicle was pulled over where it was discovered that the sun roof had shattered. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 69,300.

2014 buick enclave chromed hood louver horizontal position reflects sunlight into the driver's eyes at certain positions of the sun and driver direction, blinding the driver from below the line of sight. Complaints to the dealer deferred to gm.gm's response was that this is a normal function of the vehicle.dealer has subsequently contacted me to resolve issue.

When driving you can hear the clunking noise the vehicle makes when on the road.it's sounds bad and i don't want it to get any worse.i can not pinpoint the problem.

I pulled my buick out of the garage it was fine. Went to go start it and it wouldnt start it kept clicking so i checked the battery. It has so much corision on it that it ate threw the bolts that hold it togeather. Now on my intellink the botton button {hazards ect} will not worki just got this car back in september of 2019 it only had 42240 miles on it.

My car showed message warning " service side detection system" during winter storm in syracuse ny. This message is on and off. Also, driver side warning light on driver mirror shows inaccurate. It is on when there were no car. Also it is off when there are car on my left side. Sometimes this happens without any warning. My car is big, has blind spot, this feature is very important. I checked the sensor located inside rear bumper behind the tire, which is bad position for the sensor, mud and water can build up easy around sensor. The sensor case is sealed not properly and weather can break the seal easy. My sensor has been filled with water inside. I could hear water when i shaked the sensor

The air conditioner doesn't work.i have taken the vehicle in at least 2-3 times and have been told nothing is wrong.the most recent time i took it in was about 4 months ago.yesterday it was 90 degrees where i live.after school, i pick up my kids 3yrs & 7yrs.after about 5 minutes in the car my 7 year old is complaining of being hot.i look back and she has sweat dripping down her face.this is a safety issue especially for anyone that has infants.after being told my air conditioner is fine multiple times, i don't expect hot air to be blowing out the vents in the back when my air is on.the front was not working well either, but it was cooler air coming out, not cold.i assumed the back was the same temperature.if i had an infant that couldn't speak, they could die from heat exhaustion.this is similar to leaving your child in the car for a few minutes on a hot day.someone could die. I have also read multiple complaints about the same issue.please do not let a death happen before recalling this issue.there is a hissing sound coming from the front almost everyday.the air conditioner works sometimes, but it usually takes awhile to get cold or doesn't work at all (usually on warmer days).my car has 60k miles now.this problem started a few years ago. The car was in motion in the city street during this incident.

Passenger side front window developed a stress crack. The crack begins unders the cover for the rearview mirror and extends upwards about 1/3 of the way down window and terminates at the top edge of the glass. The crack happened while driving and there were no strikes to the side window. Appears to be a faulty piece of glass. I have since observed another buick enclave with the passenger side front window cracked in the exact same location with the same crack pattern

The vehicle was taken back to the dealer for further inspection and diagnostic testing. The vin was not available. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.... Updated 06-02-15 the consumer stated the dealer replaced the sun roof. The transmission, gps, and the turn signals were not working properly.updated 11/6/15
