While hauling a load of topsoil (within the specified capacity of the trailer) in july 2006 (i would have to look up actual day), my 2004 bri-mar 6' x 10' deck over dumping trailer was involved in a single vehicle accident.driving conditions were excellent on the day of the accident.the trailer began swerving wildly at 40 mph.the driver was unable to stop and regain control before the trailer swung past the towing vehicle (ford f-250) and spun everything around 180 degrees.the trailer flipped on its side, but remained attached to the vehicle.i suspect a problem with this type of trailer as my brother witnessed a similar trailer involved in a similar accident in august 2006.i believe the trailers center of gravity is too high when it is loaded with material.please contact me if you have any further questions or require further information.
