There is some oil that will leak out ontorear tire coming from driveshaft. Contacted dealer, and the dealer was not willing to do anything.

I took my motorcycle in for service on august 25th for an oil change and brake flush, it was checked in by valerie mackey, and she inspected the bike thoroughly, made notes on a a&s motorcycle multi-point inspection sheet. The bike was running perfectly when it was inspected. 3hours later they told me the bike was finished. Valerie mackey went over the bill and then reviewed the a&s motorcycle multi-point inspection sheet and told me the bike was perfect, except for needing 2 tires. I paid my bill for the oil change and brake which was $449.71, they brought up the bike, i started the bike and went 50 feet and the abs lights started flashing, which means i have no abs brakes. I took it back to valerie mackey and she assured me it would be taken care of. I waited another hour and told them to keep the bike until repaired properly. I was notified by tim whalen to come pick up the bike or they would charge me storage fees, they were going to review, i picked up the bike and asked is it safe to drive without abs, they told me it was safe but not as safe with abs, they did not repair my motorcycle, but i am supposed to wait for a review, and cannot ride my motorcycle in spite of the fact the bike checked out by their service department, and a broken abs system, which was working when it went in. I have been a loyal customer for 24 years, and this what i have endured. I want my motorcycle repaired, period. The dealer should have repaired the motorcycle abs system, an essential safety system, since they were responsible for the motorcycle, while in their care, it was not the safest situation to drive the motorcycle without abs, since was designed with abs, and i still do not have a safe operating motorcycle.
