The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer (max bmw motorcycles, 845 hoosick st, troy ny) were notified of the failure. The contact was informed that the cycle was not included in nhtsa campaign number: 13v549000 (wheels). The contact indicated that the cycle experienced the same failure listed in the recall. The failure mileage was 13,000.
