At temperature above 87 degrees f (after a full day in open parking lot under sun) as indicated on the car's dashboard, the seat belt sensor ofthe car malfunctioned. Even though i had my seat belt firmly clasped but the car kept on beeping seatbelt warning for about 5-10 minutes until the temperature inside the car dropped to less than 87 degrees f. The seatbelt warning went away after i opened the window and let the car cool down or switched on ac in the car. This is a repeatable problem and can be reproduced if my car is kept in direct summer sun for an afternoon and has occurred a number of times in the past. Since airbag sensors interact with the faulty seatbelt sensors so it has potentially serious safety consequences and need to be addressed by bmw as soon as possible.

Takata recall - recall notice received over one year ago.no action has been takenby bmw to date.i have serious safety concerns about continuing to drive this vehicle and effectively cannot trade it in on another vehicle since its value is significantly diminished until the recall is completed.

Takata recall:have been trying since march 3016 to get bmw to replace airbag under recall. I live in florida (certainly hot & muggy!).called aug. 14 and told it would be taken care of this week. Called today and they have not yet notified the dealer and "released" the airbag. Maybe next week.fyi, this is taking forever in an environment that should be priority.loaners not available.

I was driving at a slow speed during heavy traffic in town at 4 pm on a sunny day.the car ahead of me slowed down even more and when i was trying to slow my car too, it did not slow down at all.i did hit the car ahead of me at a slow speed and the air bag deployed causing severe injury to my right wrist and to the left wrist.it caused profuse bleeding because the air bag caused cuts in my wrist area, very close to a vein.a five inch hematoma appeared within minutes in the right wrist and the skin was scraped off both wrists.several burn marks are also visible all the way up to the bend of my arms. The police came within minutes and they bandaged my wrists to try to stop the bleeding.an ambulance was called and the emt wanted to transport me to a hospital.

Passenger restraint system error:when passengers sit in front passenger seat a warning comes on and disables airbag even when belt is buckled or not, driving or stationary. Warning stays on after passenger exits. Warning stays on for about 50 miles of driving and resets until the seat is sat in again.online forums show recall for this in other models but not mine yet much is being reported. Seems the seat sensor pad goes bad.very few people sit in this seat so the sensor system should not be malfunctioning/wearing out.it is intermittent but frequent suggesting it is the same symptom issue as other bmw models with recalled seat sensor pads.

It has been over 6 months, and i have not received any recall information or update on the remedy from bmw.

My vehicle was making a squealing noise, was louder when running but sitting still. Took it to a garage and valve covergasket was leaking apparently.i knowthis happens to cars but my bmw is a 2011 with only 65500 miles at the time.. Costed me 1000 dollars to fix and a month before this they did a recall on the pcv valve and had it toreapart. Maybe it was someone's mistake when reassembling the pcv valve heater duringrecall at bmw dealer at towne auto in williamsville near buffalo ny?? idk butthat is low mileage for this to happen

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. The contact stated that there was a faulty electrical failure that progressed with the vehicle prematurely. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (fields bmw of daytona, 1050 n tomoka farms rd, daytona beach, fl 32124, (386) 274-1200). The power distribution box and wiring were replaced. The manufacturer stated that the vehicle was excluded from an electrical recall and provided no solution. The approximate failure mileage was 45,000.

2 recalls for risk of fire filed in oct 2017.17v676 & 17v683. Notice received 12/02/ 2017.to date 8/28/2018 no remedy available!both known fire risk and no action from bmw 9+months later.

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. The contact stated that the electrical system warning indicator illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle was serviced by bmw of rochester (4250 w henrietta rd, rochester, ny 14623, (585) 598-9213) per an unknown nhtsa campaign number, but the remedy failed to repair the vehicle. The contact mentioned that the electrical system warning indicator remained illuminated after the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 83,479.

"bmw blower motor recall".on saturday 1/13/2018. My car caught fire while it was parked at my office. 1 mountain rd suffield, ct. The fire dept. Responded after i called 911 to report the fire and that i could not get the unlock button to work from my key remote. The fire damage was from an electrical fire that started underneath the dash board on the passenger side. The "blower motor" caught fire and melted through the dash onto the rubber mat on the passenger side of the vehicle. The suffield fire dept has the official report.thank you,[xxx]information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

Footwell module failure caused the turn signals, interior lights, power windows to fail to operate.the failure occurred when a mechanic tried to run diagnostics on the vehicle during routine service.

After 3 separate recalls, all bmw defects.now changed battery, and windows and directionals wont work. Now defective footwell part costing 800plus. Bmw will replace, but only if i take time off work and huge expense to drive 4 hrs each way to nearest dealership, because they refuse to tow, even tho their part went bad. They are forcing me to drive (cant afford to tow) a car with 2 safety recalls and a bad computer system to another state with no viable options.

I remember driving home on the interstate and smelling a burning smell.i had the windows open but it didn't seem like it was coming from outside.later, the car's hvac blower fan stopped working.during repair, the blower motor resistor and the harness that plugs into it were found to be badly burned.the harness wires for ground and power were missing insulation (burned away) and the copper was badly corroded. The trim panel directly under the affected area has water staining and scorch marks.bmw na refused to pay to fix due to mileage even though car is only 4 years old and is clearly a water intrusion problem (leading to a short circuit and burning) caused by either a design or manufacturing issue

On nov. 3,2017, bmw announced fire danger due to blower motor wiring and a pcv heater.neither of these repairs sounds complicated (replace wiring) but five months later, bmw on their website continues to say a "remedy not yet available".this delays suggests that bmw is not prioritizing or taking these dangers seriously.nhtsa needs to encourage bmw to expedite this recall for the safety and peace of mind of bmw owners.

For several months my air conditioner had been blowing warmer air than normal but was tolerable. A week ago, while driving on the interstate i smelled a burning plastic smell. Almost immediately my air conditioner shut off. Following that the radio and display shut off as well. I pulled over to the shoulder of the road and put the car in park. At that point i noticed white smoke coming from the vents in the dash. I grabbed some things and got out of the car. Within 2 mins of notching the burning smell, flames began coming out from under the passenger side of the dashboard. My car was totally engulfed within several minutes before the fd arrived on scene. The car is a total loss with the fire contained from the dashboard back through the cab of the car. After reading about the blower motor recall, i suspect the ac not functioning properly was in direct relation to the issue. I never received any recall notifications about potential fire issues. It was not until my car burned and i started researching that i came across many reports of very similar issues.

When i turn on my air conditioning my car overheats when i was driving home from work it started to overheat and i was stuck on the highway for about 2 hours i need this problem fixed as soon as possible i am in fear of this happening again

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign numbers: 17v676000 (electrical system) and 17v683000 (engine and engine cooling); however, the parts needed for the repair were not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and informed the contact that the parts were not available for the repair. The contact had not experienced a failure. Vin tool confirms parts not available.

Before any prompts on the navigation screen ever came up, i would often sometimes smell something burning or giving off a hot rubber smell which i addressed as soon i purchased the vehicle from queens auto mall auction, they said it was nothing to worry about if i did not see the check engine light on. While i wasdriving my bmw 328 xi 2011 the car suddenly lost power and a fuel pump malfunction display prompted on my navigation screen. The car stopped on a bridgein the left lane without me being able to pull over. The car would not start up again at all after several attempts. I waited about 30 minutes and the car started up again. I drove it back home 5 min away and gotmy vehicle towed to the bmw of manhattan where they say they took care of the problem.once i picked up the vehicle, i drove for approximately 25-30 minutes before the same exact thing happened again and i was barely able to switch into the right lane so i can pull over and have another tow come and take my car to bmw of manhattan just an hour after i had it serviced. I had the recall for the pcv valve heater replaced at that service so i know the same fire/rubber burning smell can't possibly be from that valve recall. I have seen online many people have the same problem with their 3 series, and i am concerned this may be an underlying issue with all 3 series bmw 2006-2011. In both of these separate instances i was driving and was very scared that i could have gotten into a serious car accident in new york city

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. While the vehicle was parked, the blower motor and wiring harness became overheated, melted, and caused damage to the glove box and the passenger side carpet. A fire report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the blower motor and harness needed to be replaced. A local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was included in nhtsa campaign number: 17v676000 (electrical system). The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 79,000.

Passenger front seat occupancy mat/sensor failed, causing air bags to turn on/off, and trigger false positives and false negatives for minimum weight occupancy, thereby triggering seat belt alarm, and disabling/enabling air bags incorrectly.this was a recall in the same car, model year 2006.i would like my feedback on this subject to help initiate the same recall for the 2011 model year.

11/2016 - car stalled on the interstate and wouldn't restart. Complete power failure (engine, brakes, steering) - mechanic replaced a gas valve.the exact same problem happened twice more.bmw replaced the fuel pump and now wants to replace the control module.all this within 3000 miles.seems like a major fuel system failure.04/03/18-104795 miles on the vehicleit was brought in for -blower motor recall was performed due to the fact that yours was inoperable-pcv valve recall-check engine light was on and the cause was the fuel pump.car has been driven 2766 miles in between the next visit. 09/28/18-107561 miles on the vehicleit was brought in for -a/c service due to the a/c not being cold enough.-sluggish running (cause was the differential pressure sensor) an emissions item that has nothing to do with the fuel pump and the vehicle also needed the (charcoal canister) replaced, also an emissions item.car has been driven 487 miles10/23/18-108048 miles on the vehicleit was brought in for-awd/abs/emergency ebv light is on-( this is controlled by the vtg module) i'm not getting a signal from this module. After inspecting what we could of the module that is when the technician found that there was water in the passenger rear floorboard. -fuel pump message on the screen (cause is the ekps module) the module controls what the fuel pump does. If this module is malfunctioning then the fuel pump isn't operating properly resulting in the 'fuel pump' message on the screen.it is the same issue, yet they have "fixed" two different parts of the fuel system already.what are the odds that a third, even more expensive part would fail so soon?

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign numbers: 17v676000 (electrical system) and 17v683000 (engine and engine cooling). The part was not available within a reasonable time frame to schedule the recall repair. The dealer (bmw of annapolis located at 31 old mill bottom rd, annapolis, md 21409; (410) 349-9312) stated that it could be more than six months to receive the parts from the manufacturer. The manufacturer was contacted to determine when the part would be supplied to the dealer to receive the recall repair. The contact was not experiencing a failure. Vin tool confirms parts not available.

I was driving on the highway at about 55mph and completely lost power on my 2011 bmw 328xi. Luckily there was no trafiic so i slowed down and stopped on the side of the highway opened the hood, and then i heard the engine making a rattling/marble noise. I took the car to the bmw dealership for a diagnosis and they said it could be the camshaft bearing ledge (which is not covered) or a vanos bolt(which has an extended warranty already on it). But if the issue is not the vanos bolt and it has to do with the camshaft bearing ledge, i would have to pay $2000 for the camshaft bearing ledge service, i took the car home and parked it. I am not the only person with this problem, as i have searched in forums and websites for feedback. A lot of people have had this issue and i don't see it fair that we have to pay for an engine problem that bmw has had knowingly since the beginning (2007) and never resolved on later models. This issue should be covered by a recall as it is dangerous for people like myself to be driving the car with chances of the engine stumbling at high speeds. The original camshaft bearing ledge is said to have metal rings that rubs against metal and wears off quickly, the replacement is a rubber one that lasts longer and should not bring anymore issues to the car. The car only has 62k miles on it and the oil has always been changed every 5k miles, which is 10k miles less than bmw recommends. We as bmw customers should have both options free of charge, as this issue is nothing new to bmw, if no action is taken against bmw; there can be more problems in the future for potential 328xi owner, specifically the e90 model.

Driving home from work on monday 07/14/14 at approximately 5:30pm and suddenly my car began to shake and the steering wheel locked.i could hear the engine shut down and the car came to a complete stop.i was able to get the car over to the side of the road and thankfully i was not on the highway.i received a letter from bmw in june 2014 stating they would be recalling my specific vehicle due to engine problems.i contacted them as soon as i received the letter but was told the parts had not come in yet and i should receive a 2nd notice shortly.i still have not received a letter and now i have not vehicle.this same issue happened to me back in september of 2013.bmw took the care and tightened some bolts on the issue and said i was good to go.

A letter from bmw came in june 2014 stating that my vehicle is effected for important safety recall and that i would be notified when the parts become available to have it fixed. The recall was for vanos assembly bolts. The letter states that i may hear increased noise, check engine light may come on leading to reduced power leading to engine stall. I noticed on this website many people have had similar complaints and leading to steering wheel to lock and engine to shut off which can lead to injury and death of anyone on the roads. I have called my dealer as well bmw headquarters and both state that they have no idea when the parts will become available. So for now i have to drive a car with a safety recall and i can do nothing about it other than hope i don't cause an accident due to my car malfunctioning. This is criminal of bmw and needs to be addressed. I asked them if i could bring my car in and have a loaner instead till the parts become available but was turned down, unless i want to pay out of my own pocket. This needs to be addressed! thank you for protecting americans on the road!

Positive crankcase ventilation (pcv) valve heater. I have had the car repaired out of my own pocket when this part failed because the remedy is still not available. Bmw will not even look at my car in order to issue a reimbursement because they said the remedy must be available first. It has almost been a year since the recall was first recognized.

Vehicle showed check engine light and was idling rough during commute.engine shutoff/stalled while stopped at astoplight.was able to restart and return home, but idle remained rough.attempted to drive to repair shop on another day, idle was rough upon engine start and check engine light remained on.car again stalled at an intersection while stopped at a red light.engine would not re-start and vehicle required a tow to get it to shop.dealership service center explained that vanos bolts had sheared and is the exact issue described in bmw recall campaign vanos sib 14v-176.in spite of my vehicle matching the make, model, year, and engine type described in the recall, bmw informed me that my vin was not showing any recall.it appears bmw of north america has either intentionally or through negligence omitted certain vehicle vins from the recall bulletin, even though they are subject to the malfunction specified (shearing of vanos bolts).

I purchased the vehicle back in 08/2014 from mazda heritage in baltimore, md.the dealership stated that the vehicle was certified.after i drove the vehicle off the lot, maybe a week later the check engine light came on.anytime i accelerated the car would slow down and sputter.i purchased an extended warranty and took the vehicle to a bmw dealer to have it looked over.the repair guy stated that their was a problem with the oil head gasket.it was fixed and i believed that the problem was fixed.i'm having the same issue now and i took it to bmw again, and now i have a oil pan leak.i'm a single parent and do not feel safe in the vehicle while i am transporting myself and two children.i just don't believe that after only one year that i should have issues like this.please somebody help me in this situation.

When i turn on my air conditioning my car overheats when i was driving home from work it started to overheat and i was stuck on the highway for about 2 hours i need this problem fixed as soon as possible i am in fear of this happening again

The engine of the vehicle didn't start with the sign saying "fuel pump malfunction." i had the fuel pump replaced at the nearest bmw dealership. After a few days, i got a call from the dealership that the "car is running as it should." 8 days later, the engine shut off on a sudden while driving on the local road. When the engine shut off, i completely lost a control over my vehicle. It was a sunday morning, so there was no traffic. But it could have led to an accident, had there been more traffic on the road.

Bolts holding the vanos unit housing broke and damaged my car engine. This should have been addressed in the us market as they have done in chinese marketback in the 2014.engine is making lout noise and damaged with couple bolts snapped inside. The car is not working and is with bmw gallery in rockland, ma.the car has only 11,0000 miles on it, which shouldn't have engine problem like that.https://www.autoblog.com/amp/2014/04/11/bmw-broadens-engine-bolt-recall-nearly-half-million-cars-worldwide/

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. While driving various speeds, the vehicle overheated, and the check engine and oil indicators illuminated. On august 26, 2019, the vehicle was towed to rick hendrick bmw (1518 savannah hwy, charleston, sc 29407, (843) 261-5760) to be repaired per nhtsa campaign number: 17v683000 (engine and engine cooling). On august 27, 2019, the contact's vehicle was involved in a crash while being test driven by a mechanic. There were no injuries. The contact was notified of the crash the following day. On august 29, 2019, the contact went to the dealer to speak with a manager and was informed that he would need a police report before they could make any decisions regarding his vehicle. A police report was filed. The contact had not spoken with his insurance company. On september 3, 2019, the contact was provided a repair estimate via email at the cost of $4,751. The contact was informed that the rec eccentric shaft sensor with the valve cover, oil filter solenoids, spark plugs, coils and other oil related failures in the engine needed to be replaced. On october 15, 2019, the contact was informed that his bumper had been replaced by the insurance company of the driver who crashed into his vehicle and that he was "all set to go". Upon his return home, the vehicle began smoking and the check engine indicator illuminated. The contact had the vehicle towed back to the dealer. The contact was denied a loaner vehicle. The contact was unaware of the vehicle's whereabouts. The failure mileage was 56,000.

After the car is stopped at a stop sign and when i try to accelerate the car, it hesitates to move even after i push the gas pedal. The car struggles to move forward and after pressing in hard it moves. The initial delay or the initial response time is huge. The time lag is large. The engine makes noise and will struggle to move.i hope the nhtsa will review the matter with bmw and see what needs to be done.

Pvc valve over heated and sprayed oil on exhaust manifold.received recall notice from bmw to get it fixed but dealer informs me no parts are available and no idea when parts will be available.bmw advises not to drive car with damaged pvc valve.still driving car as it is the only car i have.please ask bmw to supply dealers with parts to fix this issue.

I have owned it for almost 3 years and have had it in the shop 3 times.they changed the coils out, they changed the timing chain, they replaced oil pan gaskets, and head gaskets, and they replaced gasket around the oil filter.all engine related items.i have heard there are bmw engines that build up too much pressure in them which causes them to blow up.with all the items that i have had to deal with on this car and now the engine blew up with 79,000 miles on it, i am very upset.the extended warranty was for an additional 50k miles and 2 years from original warranty.the engine blows months after the 6 years runs out.this engine failed because of bmw quality and design not my driving.bmw needs to take action and reimburse me for the replacement engine.i could have been killed when the car lost power going down the highway.

Venous bolts make damage to the engine

My vehicle is experiencing the same symptoms and is reporting the same trouble codes related to recall number: 17v683000. However, my vehicle is not included in this recall. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and my vehicles vin included in this recall.

Cam bolts shear off and fall into engine resulting in complete loss of power on the freeway while in drive, extended warranty should fix this however all they did at bmw tri cities was put new bolts on and there are massive issues happening related to bolts failing, they will do nothing about this

Aluminum bolts on vanos intake actuator/phaser snapped. Caused internal engine damage. Had repaired, engine light remains, engine is in timing. Called bmw dealership in pa. They stated no recalls for issue, no tsb's. I found a nhtsa campaign that matches the description of what happened 14v76000, bmw dealer did not recongnize campaign. Cannot resell the vehicle with cel & spent thousands trying to repair. Upside down on the car & frustrated.

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. The contact stated that while driving at unknown speeds, an odor appeared from the exhaust pipe and under the hood where the engine was located. The contact mentioned that every year the oil was changed at an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the valve gasket failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure recurred. The contact feels unsafe driving the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided the contact with a case number. The dealer was contacted and confirm that no recalls under the vin. The contact mentioned nhtsa campaign number: 17v683000 (engine and engine cooling) as a possible solution to the failure however the vin was not included. The failure mileage was approximate 52,202

Footwell module failure caused the turn signals, interior lights, power windows to fail to operate.the failure occurred when a mechanic tried to run diagnostics on the vehicle during routine service.

When i turn on my air conditioning my car overheats when i was driving home from work it started to overheat and i was stuck on the highway for about 2 hours i need this problem fixed as soon as possible i am in fear of this happening again

My vehicle is equipped with halogen headlamps and halogen drl. The car has poor road visibility at night due to the design of the headlamps. I brought the car into bmw while it was under warranty for uneven brightness in the headlamps. The techs just adjusted the headlamps, but this had no effect on the visibility.during my next warranty visit, i brought up the headlamp issue again and the service advisor said that that when the car hits bumps the headlamps go out of alignment. The headlamps were then again readjusted. This still didn't improve the headlamp situation.just recently i saw on fox five news that my model vehicle had the worst rating for headlamp quality. Fox five news stated that owners of my vehicle should use high beams when they can't see well at night. I live in the city and i can't drive with high beams on all the time. This is unacceptable for a luxury car brand. This is a dangerous safety issue affecting many other similar models out there. Bmw should rectify this problem for all these models.

Driving down highwayauto suddenly stopped running luckily no accident considering heavily travel road auto wouldn't start again had auto towed off road to nearest garage safety hazard.bmw has special warranty for super low emission vehicles 15yrs or 150000 miles this auto fits that descriptionin certain states pa is one of these states if you read the whole warranity not just the first list of states. The auto was registred in pa for 6yrs and in north carolina one month.bmwna said the auto doesn't qualify they didn t bother to read their whole warrenity and their second excuseis the auto is registryed in north carolina a none emission state.this is foolish they admit the have a problem with fallity parts that break and creat safety hazards but don't have a recall or even in form the owners of this dangerous situation. The fuel pump and fuel tank have to be replaced. There are lines in side of tank that cause fuel pumpto short out as they fall apart and you have to replace the whole tank because how lines are situated. There warrenty says the will honor warrenty first owners and future owners but then the don't delivery on there word

My vehicle is experiencing the same symptoms and is reporting the same trouble codes related to recall number: 17v683000. However, my vehicle is not included in this recall. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and my vehicles vin included in this recall.

Hi i have a bmw 2011 328xi, recently i was driving the car on the freeway when the car completely shut down on me and literally left me 10 secs to get on the shoulder. Mind you this is busy traffic hour coming back from chicago. I replaced the fuel pump last year, and bmw takes no owner ship of the problem. I called the customer service and also asked them to diagnose it , but they keep telling me oh we cannot detect it. This is very frustrating as this is my wifes car and i would not want anything happening to her if the car randomly stops in the middle of the free way.

Without any time to pull over, my car has suddenly stopped on a busy highway at speeds of about 45 and 65 not once but twice in about a 3 month span. First time i was stuck in a middle lane going about 45mph and my car completely came to a stop. I needed police to come out and an emergency tow due to location. I took my car to my bmw dealership and was told it was a fuel pump problem and that it had been corrected. Now 3 months later it has happened again on a different part the same busy highway at about 65mph and i had to have a police officer come out and push me into the shoulder because again, by car completely came to a stop with no time to switch lanes and get to a shoulder.

Today i was almost killed, and caused many other motorist a great deal of panic. Driving in the left lane at about 65-70 mph my 2011 328xi suddenly started to loose power. As i attempted to get across five lanes to the shoulder, i was nearly hit numerous times as drivers around me had brake hard or make rapid moves around me. This is the second time in about three weeks that this occurred. I had my fuel pump replaced under warranty at plaza motors. Today my car was towed there again and i am assuming it is the same problem

Cam bolts shear off and fall into engine resulting in complete loss of power on the freeway while in drive, extended warranty should fix this however all they did at bmw tri cities was put new bolts on and there are massive issues happening related to bolts failing, they will do nothing about this

My vehicle is experiencing the same symptoms and is reporting the same trouble codes related to recall number: 17v683000. However, my vehicle is not included in this recall. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and my vehicles vin included in this recall.

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. While driving at a low rate of speed, the vehicle stalled and shut off without warning. Also, the service engine indicator illuminated. The contact associated nhtsa campaign number: 13v044000 (electrical system) with the failure. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 67,000.

Driving down a main road at approx 35 mph when an error message appeared on vehicle dash that stated there is a default with the passenger seat belt that may affect deployment of air bag.

I was backing my car into a garage - car was in reverse - i put my foot on the brake pedal and my foot went to the floor - the car lunged backward at top speed and crashed into the rear wall of garage.

There is a report by auto check report showing that there is a frame or structural damage record. I have been trying to sell the car and due the information that appeared on the report the price offering is below the real price. I have been experiencing problem to sell it because the same problem appeared and even car max express express the same situation. In 08/28/2014 an auto auction in texas , auction announced as frame damage. In a few days i will be sending a copy of the report. Thanks in advance.updated 10/16/2017

Blower motor wiring.my fan has stopped working. I had it fixed once before out of my own pocket. It has been almost a year and the remedy is still not available.

While making a right turn at 5 mph, the vehicle accelerated independently onto the sidewalk. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 61,000.

The contact owns 2011 bmw 328xi. The contact stated that while driving into the driveway the vehicle suddenly accelerated and crashed into another vehicle. No injuries were reported and a police report was filed. The front of the vehicle sustained extensive damages and the other vehicle also had extensive damages to the rear. The vehicles was towed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who decided to send a representative to inspect the failure. The vin was not available. The failure mileage was 22,000.

The contact owns a 2011 bmw 328xi. The contact stated while driving 2 mph, the vehicle began to accelerate independently and crashed into some stone/brick stairs, upon enetering a short driveway.
