I have a 2005 big bear chopper devils advocate with the frame under recall.i have complied with the recall notice that big bear sent out and contacted them, took the bike to one of their dealers johnney legend customs in chicago il on may 15 2009 for repair.it is october 6th and the repair has yet to be completed.i was under the assumption that big bear would complete the recall in a timely manner but 5 months is beyond a reasonable time.
