While driving brakes locked up, damaging vehicle, consumer spoke with dealer and they refused to honor recall letter.as consumer tapped on the brakes, they locked up causing the vehicle to spin out of control, this has happened on 3 ocassions, when consumer arrived to the dealer he was informed that the recall part was given to another customer.
