Consumer received a recall notice in january 2004. As of today parts needed to repair the motorcycle were not yet available. Consumer was waitinga long time,andmanufacturer stated there was no record of parts being ordered.
The contact owns a 2003 american ironhorse slammer.while driving 55 mph, the contact noticed a crack in the handle bar.the dealer stated that they would be unable to repair it and advised him to contact the manufacturer.the contact has not been able to contact the manufacturer.the current mileage is 5,400 and failure mileage was 4,900.
