My entrance door will lock sometimes when we leave the motor coach and will not respond to the fob or the door key, so we cannot get back into the coach. When we lock the door with the fob, the door will lock as it should. But upon return to the coach the door will not unlock with the fob or key. The locking mechanism is made by trimark company. I have called the company several times, and they explained to me that i should only use the fob and it should not occur. It still occurs with the fob. The coach is always parked in a safe position.
