While pulling a trailer and driving at 55 mph up a hill consumer was informed that he had a flat tire on the trailer.consumer examined the flat tire, and saw no damage,but did notice that the hub of the wheel was burnt.consumer felt the burnt spot and it was hot to touch. Dealer examined the vehicle,e and found that the brakes had burned up.
