Takata recall. My daughter's car is register in oh ( with her mom) but she spent 4 years at clemson university in south carolina ( hot climate ) and the next 3 at university of virginia in charlottesville va.so ohio is probably not considered hot and humid, and a lower priority for air bag parts, but my daughter's car has been in a hot humid southern climate.i guess this is a. Loophole in the priority selection process. What can i do

I purchased a 2010 acura rdx from car zone, located at 18690 van buren blvd i riverside, ca. Before the purchase, i addressed the tire pressure air light and the unsteadiness of the vehicle. There was also a recall on the vehicle in which the dealer did not fix. I took the car tometro acura in montclair, ca for the recall on august 5th. I drove 3 blocks and the air bag safety light came on. I took it back to metro acura on august 9th and they stated the air bag light had nothing to do with the recall. I filed a case with acura , #09780205 on august 12th. At this point, no one wants to accept responsibility for the air bag maintenance. This should not become my problem because the air bag recall should've been addressed by the dealer before the purchase. Acura corporate and metro are pointing the finger at each other. This is a safetyissue for anyone whom rides in the passenger front seat. At this point, i just want it fix before it becomes a liability.please advise, who should be responsible for the resolution?thanks

We purchases a 2010 acura rdx.my wife noted the fuel indicator stated she had 20 miles left before empty.before she could exit for gas (within 5 miles the vehicle ran out of gas). She was on a freeway in a very dangerous area at rush hour. The police brought in back up and set flares, then ordered the car to be towed due to the danger to my wife and the officers responding.we alerted our salesman at acura. He stated this was the 4th complaint he personally received about running out of gas due to a faulty calibration on the fuel indicator.i believe this issue has the potential to result in injuries if not deaths. In my opinion, a warning letter should be issued by acura.

I just walked away from buying a 2010 or 11 acura rdx, and may do the same w/ other new cars. In this new model, my neck was pushed forward so far, that i got a terrible headache and neck pain w/in a 20 min test of this car.if they are all like this, i'll keep my old car.there really should be adjustments depending on size and height. Too bad, i really like the auto. Some things are just going over the top.
