I noticed within the first couple of weeks a difference in driving vehicle .. When i first purchased the vehicle i was given a nhtsa printout for any passed reports if therebwas any and there was nothing disclosed in the report . After experiencing issues with the vehicle . I ran another recall report and was able to see the 38 plus recalls that have been discovered since. I have scheduled a service appointment at the dealership tomorrow . I noticed very soon after purchasing vehicle and as of the last couple days .. I did take it to a couple of mechanic shops covered the car max warranty.
What happens is the brake pedal sinks while the vehicle is in motion. It happens while going forward and in reverse. Slow speeds or highway speeds. When this happens i have no control of the vehicle and cannot stop. I have addressed the issue on multiple occasions to paragon acura in queens ny and they havedone nothing to remedy the issue. They provided a statement to me in august saying that the power braking system is affected by the air conditioning being on as that disrupts the engine vaccum. So i asked so then there's a recall correct and was given a shoulder shrug. To this day, the pedal goes out and is placing me and others in danger

I was driving roughly around 25 mph, when i'd started going into a gradual turn to the right. I'd hit a small pot hole, then my car ended up on the ground. Skidding across the road, and then onto the shoulder. The way it was driving i'd thought my right front tire had came off of the vehicle. But upon first glance it was just a flat tire. Once i had gotten the flat tire off, i'd realized there was a much bigger issue. The right front factory rim, had broken. Horizontally down the center of the rim. But the front section of the rim was still locked in the tire's bead. The right front tire has zero holes/tears/ any damage that i've seen so far. This was a city street, posted 30 mph. The road is in fairly good condition and like i'd stated before, this was a minor pothole that i'd hit.
