New 2003 chevrolet tracker 4dr 4wd with the following safety related defects;1. Two of the tire valves leak for varying lengths of time after checking pressure or filling tire with air,2. Windshield washer fluid from factory froze,3. There are stamped openings in the left and right rear fender pannels under the tail lights about 3 x 4 inches in size.one of them is just over where the tail pipe exhausts on the left side.they are covered by what seems to be a generic "scotch tape."while removing the left tail lens (over the exhaust) for instalation of a trailer lighting harness, i saw the above and discoverd that the tape was loose effectively leaving a rather large communication into the inside of the vehicle.gm was notified by me via telephone one week ago.i consider the above serious safety hazzards with rather cheap fixes.since they have not gotten back to me, i am filing this complaint.

All four of my tires have had leaks since new. Had them checked several times to no avail. I think that my tiger paws are defective and maybe dangerous to keep using. I only have 32,000 miles on them. Also they have been developing cracks on the sidewalls.

I have a problem with a set of uniroyal tires that i purchased 2 years ago, within 11,000 miles the first separated, at 22,763 the second tire separated, at 30,875 the third tired separated. These tires should be investigated, who knows how many more tires are defective that are being used by unknowing drivers.

I was driving home from work and felt a rumble in the car, like the tires were out of balance.i checked the tires at a gas station before leaving and all looked fine.the rumbling got worse over the course of the drive down 95 south in massachusetts, until i got off 95 s and was on the exit ramp for 295 south when i felt and heard what sounded like atire blow out.i instantly slowed down and got as far to the right as i could.another motorist had stopped in front of me that had seen the whole thing.he got out made sure i was alright and whether or not i had aaa (which i had) and he told me that my wheel rolled off into the woods.and sure enough i looked at the right front tire and the car was riding on the rotor, with some damage to the wheel well and the passenger door opens with difficulty.upon inspection of the rotor, all 5 of the studs had sheared off and the lugs were gone.aaa and the mechanics at meinikee had never seen anything like that.after retrieving the wheel, inspection showed that none of the holes in the rim had been ovaled.i hadthe right front tire changed by town fair tire two months prior and it was suspected that the lugs were either loose or overtightened, however town fair tire is looking the other way because i had driven 8,000 miles since the tire was changed.everyone that looked at the wheel thought that it didn't make sense because usually with loose lugs one or two of the lugs linger behind, not in this case.meinikee was able to salvage the whole wheel and only had to replace the hub assembly costing $311, not including body damage.the whole thing seems suspicious, since there should no way that all 5 of the studs should have sheared off simultaneously without some sort help from either human error on the lugs or a factory defect.

The passenger side rear tire split.tt

Dt:the first failure was while traveling on interstate going approximately 55 mph when the passenger rear tire blew out which resulted in tread separation. The second failure was tread separation on the drivers side rear tire; which was 2000 dollars in damage done to the vehicle.the tire are uniroyal tiger paw. The tire size is 22560r16.

Uniroyaltiger paw touring tr tire 185/60/14. The tire is starting to develop splits 1 1/2 inches below the top off the tire on the sidewall.there are splits 6 inches in length. I bought these tires in january 2003. Currently there is 24,000 miles on the tires. I believe if the tire isnt replaced soon it was cause a dangerous blowout. I dont know how long the tire has been like this,i noticed when i was checking air pressure. This isnt a road hazard issue. I have never hit anything to cause the tire to do this. I also believe the tread will seperate from the casing.
