Our 2010 ambulance has had three flat tires due to valve stem failures.we recently replaced the heavy duty rubber valve stems with steel valve stems.i believe this is a serious safety issue.these three failures are on a vehicle with less than 7300 miles.
While driving rear left tire hadtread separation. Resulting in loss of control of vehicle, andcausing major damage tovehicle. Lt24575r15. Please include dot #, not orginal tire.
