The contact owns a 2005 honda odyssey equipped with toyo tourevo tires, size: 235 65 r16. The contact was traveling 45-60 mph when the front end of the vehicle vibrated. The vehicle was taken to a local repair shop. The local repair shop confirmed that the front driver's side tire tread separated and needed to be replaced. The contact also stated that on another occasion after traveling 60 mph, the failure repeated with the remaining tires on both passenger and driver side rear tires. The manufacturer was contacted. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 69,912 and the current mileage was 77,558.....updated 06/18/12 on 09/21/09 the consumer mounted four new toyo toureveo all season blackwall tires on his vehicle. On 08/29/11 the left front tire had to be replaced due to tread separation. On 6/05/12 the right front, left rear and right rear tires also failed due to tread separation.
