Transmission on 4dr, 4x4 model does not seem to shift all the time.when accelerating (hard or gentle) transmission refuses to shift unless foot is lifted off gas and then retry.
The contact owns a 2002 suzuki grand vitara.until recently, the contact has never used the tiger paw spare tire that came with the vehicle.while driving 60 mph on a busy highway, a tire blew out with a loud pop.the driver was able to maneuver the vehicle off of the road to safety.the fender was damaged due to the tire and how it detached from the vehicle.the tire size was unknown.the failure and current mileages exceeded 200,000. On 8/26/2000 about 5:10 pm, i was driving southbound on the i-15 between barstow, ca and baker, ca with cruise control set to 70 mphwhen the front drivers side tire blew out. I felt the vehicle pull heavily to the right. I could not regain control of the steering. In addition, cruise control would not disengage when the brake pedal was tapped or stepped on heavily. The contact owns a 2009 dutchman grand junction rv with master trac tires, line size p235-80-r16 which were the original tires. While driving ata speed of 55 mph, the contact experienced a blow out of the fifth wheel tire that damaged the refrigerator wire and the fifth wheel body. The contact was able to replace the tire with the spare and continuedriving. After traveling 30 miles, the rear passenger's tire blew and caused damage to the hot water heater, gas line, unknown wiring and the fifth wheel paneling. The contact was able to continue driving however, a third passenger's side tire blew out. The contact stated the tire was not replaced. The vehicle had not yet been diagnosed or repaired.
