The contact owns a 1990 chevrolet c/k pickup with telstar turbo tires, line size 275/60/r15, dot number r7r7. The contact was traveling 60 mph when the front driver side tire suddenly exploded without warning. The tire was taken to a local dealer where the contact was informed that the tread belt had separated. The tire was replaced. The current and failure mileage was 100.
