Tires are blowing out @ side walls
I purchased 4 new vee rubber tires on 12/5/15. Since the purchase i have putless than 20,000 miles on the tires and have now experienced two complete blowouts in which the side wall of the tires appears to have disintegrated while driving. Had i been driving on a freeway or at a speed over 45 mph i definitely would have lost control of the vehicle which may have resulted in severe injury if not death.
