The contact owns a 2003 ford econoline equipped with radar radial rlt-9 tires, size p245/75/r16. The contact stated that while driving 10 mph, the rear driver's tire blew out. The condition of the road were dry and the approximate temperature was 90 degrees fahrenheit. The failure recurred and the rear passenger tire blew out. The condition of the road was again dry and the approximate temperature was 80 degrees fahrenheit. The tires were not taken to dealer and the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vin was unavailable. The failure and current mileages on the vehicle was 62,000. The failure and current mileages on the tires were 6,000.

The sidewalls of two tires purchased at the same time were separating causing multiple gashes on each tire.both tires were purchased originally on 8/11/2011 and today i had to take them to get replaced.the problem was noticed yesterday, 11/18/12.the tire store refused to issue any warranty on the tires as they stated there was no recall so i had to pay for new tires.the tire store took the tires but i took pictures of the tires before they took them.
Tire is out of round.brand is radar 245/40/18. Asked sears and radar for help regarding my safety and have been ignored more then once. As i see it they are in collusionto protect themselves from any legal implications. Please not the tire in question is a verenti r6 sold by sears which is not on your drop down
