Tires - i have 1,500 miles or so on them (new). They was installed by them bmw dealership as i was purchasing the car. I had the cars shipped here to md. Driving the car locally after sitting in the garage, it started to make a terrible noise above 40 mph and would get worse up to 60 mph that's as fast as i would go. The local bmw dealership noted it one of the (left rear tire)s installed. Has an 8-inch bubble on the inside. They wanted to replace it costing me $486. To replace the tire. 1500 miles to a new tire? no.... This is a defective tire. Looking on line there's many / several complaints of the same manner about the tires. This car has never hit a pothole or seen a rough road with the tires. The car is very carefully driven around.i contacted mr. Tire who quickly said on the phone no matter how careful you drive you must of hit a pothole. No wanting to visually inspect the tire stating,it happens to the tire regular. Thats what's pushing me to contact nhtsa for a review. I strongly feel its an unsafe tire if it does this in the manner that i have driven this car.
