Tires manufacture by pirelli for light duty pick-up truck.the tire size is lt245/75/16load range e-ply speed range -qstyle is scorpion a/t m/s.theproblem is all four tires were manufacture in brazil at sem camara.the failure to outer belt steel is separating this happened at 31,153 miles.when operating the vehicle it feel like you are walking on top of foot and vibration moving at 25 to 35 mph hour.the tires are available for review.the tire dealership (discount tire centers) had no interest in calling pirelli area service manager around the problems i was experiencing.i knew i had a disaster coming if i didn't remove all four tires quickly from the vehicle.the inter tire casing look excellent with no hot spots or heat cracks.i have following detail information on these tires.lt 245/75/16, scorpion a/t m&s, #8-36p047, speed q, load range (e), origin brazil, 2498 36px47, dot xl 11 8325, european ee0054589, inside tire casing bar code #3003358969, #4003037116, the thread depth averages is 7/32,6/32, 8/32,6/32 .

Cracked valve stem caused tire to rapidly deflate on expressway. Aftermarket tires and wheels were purchased in may of 2007 from discount tire.

I have a2006 cobalt ltzand the power steering keeps going out when i drive down the road, also i have a very bad shaking problem with it, also i have noise coming from back of the car.............please help, i have went to the dealership, and they want to charge me aoutrageous price to fix it.....this is a very dangerous problem..................eugene offenberger.........

Transmission or torque converter has some serious problems.when pressing on the gas pedal from low speeds there is barely any acceleration in 1st and 2nd gear under 2,000 rpms, but when 3rd gear goes in car accelerates more than desired most of the time. This is most apparent when car is cold, but never goes away completely. This really bothers me as this usually happens during turns when you slow down and when you want to accelerate you don't know how hard to press on the pedal, if you press too much car jumps ahead, if not enough you barely move. Another problem is that when coming to a complete stop when transmission downshifts you can hear a faint thump of every downshift somewhere under the vehicle and a little surge forward.i've been to the dealer as the car is still under warranty, they reprogrammed the computer but there was no change.

Moderate to severe wheel vibration in steering since 2006.it remains unrepaired after several attempts by the dealership where vehicle was purchased.i'm now being told to "live" with the shimmy and it should be "expected".

Rear brakes/rotors on 2006 ford freestyle once recalled by ford and replaced now the rear brakes and rotors are all worn out again after 20000 miles. Front brakes have not even been replaced with 45000 miles no problem there.old parts are available.

Rear alignment not within specs from factory, caused rear tires to wear out prematurely. Front disk brake rotors and brakes unrepairable at 11,000 miles. Chevrolet would not cover repairs under warranty.

I purchased a 2002 s-60 awd in the fall of 2002, less than 90 days later i developed a vibration.the dealer could find nothing wrong.i took it to a reputable tire dealer and had an alignment as well as the pirelli tires balanced.i have had the vehicle aligned twice since purchase.i have had the tires balanced approx. 10 times.i have had two blow-outs, destroying one wheel.both blow-outs required a new tire.during all of this the vibration could not be corrected by either the local tire company nor the dealer.i was instructed to purchase new tires as one of the pirellis had sidewall separation and one had a bubble, the other two tires were relatively new as i had to purchase them after the blow-outs, my vehicle had less than 20,000 miles.i replaced the pirelli tires with top of the line nokians, the vibration was still there.i was then told my problem was the new tires!!i'm currently using a loaner s-60 and do not have final results yet.

Have a 2007 ford freestyle and the pirelli tires on it separated at the tread line. There was apparently a tsb issued on this car regarding the suspension and despite frequent maintenance checks and services in the past two years - this occurred less than 3 weeks after a routine oil change and check up.

For about a month before bringing my car to ford i had been noticing a vibration feeling in the steering wheel though the wheel was not shaking.this was only happening when i was going faster than 50-55mph.i checked the air pressure in the tires and all was ok.finally, i brought it to ford and they found a bent control arm in the front r/s.in addition, they found a slipped belt on the l/r tire and r/f tire had uneven wear.ok, so here's my complaint....there is no way that i hit anything so hard that i bent my control arm in the first place!!!!since there is no way to prove this i had to live with the fact that i would have to pay for this repair - almost $400.00.the problem i have is with the tires.since the repair in the front was the same place that the tire had uneven wear, i had to eat this one too - $125.00.the problem is, what about this slipped belt in the rear tire?i guess i was to blame for that one too.maybe these pirelli tires are the problem.i should have read the complaints here before i brought the car back to ford.ford didn't have any other tires that fit these rims, but the same pirelli's that were on the car in the first place.since the car was already in the shop and my time is limited, i was stuck getting the same junk.my message....don't make the mistake i made - do not replace the tires on your focus with the pirelli's that came with the car.if i can save some people a few headaches and some money, i will feel much better for the mistake that i made.

Rear alignment not within specs from factory, caused rear tires to wear out prematurely. Front disk brake rotors and brakes unrepairable at 11,000 miles. Chevrolet would not cover repairs under warranty.

Improper camber setting and busing settlement/wear in rear suspension causing negative camber on rear wheels causing premature wear on insides of rear tires.

I have a 2010 ford f-150. It has pirelli tires on it. When i took it in to get inspected they found all four of the the tires were getting weather checked.the truck is used to haul a atv and sometimes a trailer.i do not believe the tires are safe.i took it back to the ford dealer where i bought it and they said they would see what they could do and call me back.i never heard back from them for a few weeks so i called them back. They said they would check into it and call me back. This went on for about 4 months never calling me back when i called them.after i e-mailed ford the sevice manager called me back and asked me to bring the truck in. I did and he looked at the tires and said he could not do anything.i e-mailed ford again and they said they would not do anything because the truck had more than 12'000 miles on it. The truck had 14.000 miles.there warranty book says they will pro-rate the tires after 12,000 miles.i do not understand how they can not go by the warranty. I think something needs to be done about these tires being recalled.i understand this is a common problem with these tires and nobody is backing them up.weather checked tires on trucks that are carring extra weight does not seem to me to be good for anybody on the road.the tires are pirelli scorpion atr.

Tire almost no tread after 31,000 miles warranty for 65,000 miles.

I have a 2008 volkswagen touareg 2 which was purchased new with pirelli tires. At approximately 12,000 miles, i noticed a vibration in the steering and took my car in to the dealer. The dealer found nothing wrong at that time. The car started to pull to the right at about 20,000 miles and again i took the car to the dealer. The dealer would not align the tires because they said that there were too many highs and lows in the tires although i had done everything required by the dealer. I called pirelli who said that the tires should be rotated every three to four thousand miles but vw says that they only rotate at 10,000. After filing a complaint with vw the dealer offered two new tires but i had to pay for the other two. Not a satisfactory solution as the dealer would not give me the two tires without my personal purchase of two more. The dealer claimed they didn't know that the pirelli suggested rotating at 3,000 miles.

On 24 august my front right tire blew out as if it were a retread (i still have the tire.it's not a retread, it just came apart like one.the car just passed a safety inspection at woodbridge va malloy lincoln on 31 july.i bought the car on 5 august and the tire blew out on 24 august.thank god i was driving slowly in a residential area and stopped right away, because i could have easily been killed along with others if i was on the highway.pirelli tires have a recall on some of their other style tires for this exact same problem.although my tire size 255/35r20 does not fall under the recall at this time, they definitely pose a 'loss of life' safety issue, which forced me to replace all 4 tires at a cost of $807.63.i called pirelli tyre north america at 1-800-747-3554 on 30 september at 1pm est.i explained my issue with the operator, and then she transferred to a phone that nobody answered.i was left on hold for well over 15 minutes until i finally hung up.the phone didn't even have any kind of tones whatsoever.it was as if it didn't exist, but i could see i still had a connection.this is a 2008 ford mustang mark iii car.the tires were part of the mark iii package.

I have a 2004 mini cooper that had nine month old pirelli eufori run flat tires on all four wheel that is exclusively driven by my wife.i used the car for the first time in several months and noticed abnormal handling on the vehiicle.i took the vehicle to a local tire store to have it checked out and discovered that all four tires has split down the center groove of each tire (photos available).on the most badly damaged tire, the steel belt was visible and had nearly worn through the steel belt.the store manager warned that the tires were defective and the vehicle was dangerous to drive on the existing set of tires.

Loss of air pressure in the tires (3 out of 4 so far) due to faulty valve stems.

Summer only tires sold as factory equipment on 2011 camaro.these tires provided no traction when i was caught in a snowstorm on the way to work.in only 1 to 2 inches of snow i could barely maintain control at 11 mph while other cars passed me like i was sitting still.i find it painfully frustrating that in a country where i must wear a seatbelt "for my protection", that a car company can sell a vehicle with such dangerous tires.

Driving down the interstate, smelled a burning rubber like smell, checked gauges, everything was fine, continued driving, then noticed a loud thumping type noise, as i began to pull over to turn-around under a bridge the car began "bucking" and the entire tire rolled across the other lane of traffic into the weeds.the rim remained on the car.the tire was changed to the spare and a new tire was purchased and mounted onto the rim.slight bent spot in the rim after this incident.

The contact owns a 2015 chevrolet camaro equipped with pirelli p0 profeo r (na) tires, size: 305/30r19 (na). When the vehicle was purchased, all four tires exhibited small cracks and the tire specifications were not met by the manufacturer. The tires were not replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate tire and vehicle failure mileage was 124.

I have a 2007 ford expedition that has had four (4) valve stems go bad.one caused the air to deflate so quickly the tire was ruined.when talking to ford dealers, one that replaced the tire and one that sold the expedition, both said it was bad luck and nothing could be done.had it not been for the tire sensor system, i would have ruined the rim as well as the tire.the car did not vibrate or pull to the side or any other problems, it kept runningas if nothing was wrong until the sensor kicked in and by then it was too late, the rim cut into the sidewall of the tire.the repair center confirmed it was a bad valve.sadly, when they replaced the tire, they used the same type of stem and it leaked as well.i had to go to third parties to replace the other valve stems that were defective.calling my local dealer again about it, they still maintain nothing can be done about this.

I purchased 2 pirelli rosso tires for the rear of my 2006 bmw 760li. I was driving on i-24w in nashville, tn on the night of 10/24/10. It was pouring down rain and i could not keep my car on the road if i went over 40 mph. When i checked my tires the next morning, i noticed they were completely bald.they are high performance tires, usually lasting 15,000-20,000 miles.these tires only lasted 3,500 miles. I purchased these tires on 09/30/10. I am a 36 year old woman with 2 children.i do not hot-rod my car or drive in excessive speeds.i am the only one who drives my car.i contacted pirelli customer relations in rome, ga.i was treated very rudely by a woman calling herself "sandra". I was only offered 40% off a new set of rear tires. Nevermind that this could be a very dangerous issue with the tire.i clearly believe this is a manufacturer defect. The woman on the other line would not help me.she would not put me through to anyone who could.she hung up on me once and put me through to a strange voicemail another time. She basically told me i could take or leave the 40% and they would not attempt to do anymore.i took my car to discount tire in murfreesboro, tn.they called customer relations and got the same reaction.it's going on 3 days now, and pirelli has not faxed over the 40% discount as promised or attempted to help me in this situation at all. I have searched the internet and asked the woman answering the phone for another number where i might get someone's attention to this matter.she would not hear my complaint.

Pirelli scorpion zero tires.with less than 8,000 miles on the tires, i rolled over a one inch stone while driving 30 mph and the tire immediately lost air pressure.if this would have happened at high speed i would have lost control of the vehicle.the company's position is that the tire is safe, even though the stone penetrated through the full tread into the tire cavity.asimmetrico mo235/45 r20 100h mo5570 extra loaddot xt pf j884 4408interno innenradial m+s tubelessr740401p.14580.459/011414made in germanytread 2 rayon, 2 steel, 2 nylonsidewall 2 rayone4 0224435-s0240460 tt 012x29 (inside tire cavity).

I purchased a 2010 ss camaro in northeast ohio. After purchase i found out that the cars come with "summer only" tires. The tires do not say anything about being "summer only" so i tried to drive the car in our winter season. The car is impossible to drive in as little as an inch of snow. I purchased winter tires for this season for over $1000.00. Pirelle informed me that the tires an not to be used in temps under 41 degrees, the week of thanksgiving (2010) temps in florida were under 35 degrees. These tires can not be used in more than 50% of america! why should a customer of a new car be expected to purchase tires? then are unsafe and unusable in most parts of the country.

Pirelli four seasons 235/40 r 18 tire failure (blowout) on 2011 volvo c70 purchased new from devoe volvo, 28470 tamiami trail south, bonita springs, fl 34134 on 03/13/2010.incident occurred on us route 41 south in ft. Myers florida. Highway was dry and in good paved condition with no obstructions.speed was 35 miles per hour. Mileage on automobile was 2,767.tire failure (separation of sidewall) was approximately 30%.failed tire is in possession of owner and available.

I have experienced two valve stem failures on two different tires (pirelli p-zero) on my 2005 ford mustang. I had the valve stem replaced the first time and will do so again. I will keep the old valve stem from this latest incident.

Pirelli scorpion tire 235/55hr17 99h blow-outs in side walls.

My tire failed on my 2007 ford expedition elmileage 18000, tires are the original/factory installed pirelli scorpion p255/70r18. The tire went flat at freeway speed and the sidewall is now damaged beyond repair. Under further investigation i find that the tire does not have any puncture and it is a cracked valve stem that is causing the leak. Even with the sidewall damage the tire takes air and the only leak is coming from the leaking valve steam.the ford dealer will be replacing the tire at my cost.i feel this is a manufacturer issue and know there is a recall on these and ford should be replacing the tire for free and checking all other valves on the vehicle. I spoke with clay at tech international and he explained that ford has not recalled these tires but tech international has recalled "after market" tire replacements.ford needs to take immediate action on this to prevent any future failures that could lead to serious accidents.luckily my failure did not cause an accident because it was a rear tire and i was able to pull over the vehicle, preventing an accident but i did begin to loose control.

Three (3) tires will not hold tire pressure; have to be inflated 3 to 5 times per week tomaintain tire pressure.

Cracked valve on new 2007 ford mustang. I had two flats in a week. All of the valves were cracked. I replaced them all.

In july we had a tire get punctured with a rock, we had that plugged.the same tire 3 weeks later got punctured with another rock and we had to replace the tire.in sept.we had a rock puncture another tire.we had to replace the tire.we have two other cars and have never had this problem.we do not feel this is "bad luck" with tires.we think the tires that were on the suv when we bought it are faulty, yes we have our tires rotated like we are suppose to and the truck only has 23,000 miles on it.

I bought the mercedes e350 2010 model on october of 2010 and about nov 30, my left side tire is bust open secondary to pot hole gravel, the incidence is very scary, all the sudden car is i full stop and lean to the left side. I have to change the tire and went to the mercedes dealer and other tires shop for repair.then i was heard this combination of tires 245/40 r18 97v which is rim is 18 inches and tires thickness in the side are to thin which make easily rupture with slight contact of any sharp. I am feeling of insecurity for flat tires anytime even i bought the newest model luxury car. I would like nhtsa for look into the dangerous combination of tires and rim for safety of all drivers in the road.

Purchased 4 new pirelli p4 205/55r16 91h tires on 11/1/10 from nashua wholesale tire in nashua nh.after 15k miles two of the tires are almost bald.these tires carry a 65k mile warranty.returned to dealer seeking replacements.deal was rude and said pirelli will not cover it, they do not even make that tire anymore.they will sell me 2 new p6 tires for full price.contacted the president and vice president of pirelli, [xxx], and[xxx] asking for two new p4 replacements.neither responded.information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

Air valve stems are breaking on all 4 tires, i keep losing air pressure and ford says they wont compensate---i only have 7,000 mi.

My tire valve failed on my 2007 ford expedition. Two days after the dealer did the "visual inspection" on the faulty valve stems that have been know to have problems but have not yet been recalled by ford.this is the second tire that has failed on this vehicle! both happened at freeway speeds nearly causing an accident due to tires running flat.ford needs to do more than just inspecting these faulty valve stems. Their "visual inspection" will not prevent potentially fatal accidents.

Improper camber setting and busing settlement/wear in rear suspension causing negative camber on rear wheels causing premature wear on insides of rear tires.

Moderate to severe wheel vibration in steering since 2006.it remains unrepaired after several attempts by the dealership where vehicle was purchased.i'm now being told to "live" with the shimmy and it should be "expected".

Volvo s60, 17 inche low profile pirelli radial tires

The contact owns a 2007 ford mustang.the vehicle has pirelli tires.the contact stated that three tires failed due to the loss of tire pressure.the dealer replaced the first tire failure; however, they would not replace the second one.the contact had to purchase a new tire.recently, a third tire has failed.these were the original tires that were equipped on the brand new vehicle.the contact did not know the remaining tread depth.the vehicle was not driven over any potholes or any other road hazards to cause the failure.no maintenance or service was performed on the tires.the tire size was unknown.the failure mileage was 12,789.

Cracked valve stem caused tire to rapidly deflate on expressway. Aftermarket tires and wheels were purchased in may of 2007 from discount tire.

Rear alignment not within specs from factory, caused rear tires to wear out prematurely. Front disk brake rotors and brakes unrepairable at 11,000 miles. Chevrolet would not cover repairs under warranty.

The contact owns a 2009 ford focus. While driving at approximately 25 mph, the passenger rear tires blew out. The dealer stated that they would only replace two of the four tires and refused to inspect the vehicle. The current and failure mileages were approximately 14,000.

Wasdriving my 2007 ford expedition on highway when low tire pressure light came on. Exited hgwy @ next exit & checked all tires & added air to left front tire which was low & proceeded on to airport approx. 10-15 mins away. After driving approx. 10 mins after stopping i was fighting truck pulling left on interstate. When i arrived curbside at the airport, i exited the vehicle to find that the left front tire was almost completely flat & was separating ready to have a blow out. The tire was changed out for the spare & upon arriving back home, my husband & i inspected the tire for any foreign object in tread only to find none & then told my husband of the news story about faulty valve stems but no recall issued. So with the bad tire full of air laying in driveway he touched the valve & the air started rushing out. We have the issue with the valve stem that you are investigating. We do not know if any of the remaining tires are ok or not as the truck is to be taken to ford tomorrow. We do not feel we should have to buy any tires as i did what i was suppose to do & the stem failed causing me to ruin a good tire and will have to have not 1 but 2 new tires. Please help us consumers fight for all the money we spend trying to buy american & support our country with hard earned money. Someone could die as a result of their pig headedness.

2002 audi a6 was taken tosunset audi in portland or in dec.2003 because appeared tires were wearing-shaving on edges and middle, they aligned the car.on august 11thone of the tires went flat.on the next friday the car was taken to les schwab which is the warranty agent for pirelli.les schwab tire store said that they just had another audi in the same thing on the exact same type of car and they had seemany others that had been coming in forthe same problem. Pirelli has them send back the tires and would determine if any moneywould be returned.besides the flat tire all the tires had to be replaced.les schwab said that it did not in any way look like alignment problem that instead they thought that the rubber compound was not adequate.my car is 2 years old with only 10,000 miaudi says they have no responsibility for the tires as that is a warranty with pirelli however since it may be that either audi did not specify the right tire orpirelli gave tires in adequate in the thickness of the rubber.the bottom line was that i a 77 year oldfeel that i have been taken,i had to payouta little over $400 for four new tires on my low mileage car. In addition i only drive on well paved roads and no freeways.i fee that someone is not being accountable for the safey of myself and others.since audi sends all the tire problems to perrile they never hear back if there are problems. My concern is that not only one tire blew out but all f our could have gone out at once--how many otheraudi owners are out there with tires shredding.i have asked audi to find out if the tire company will be giving me mymoneyback--they toldme at the dealer that the only money the tire company gives back isif there is a defect and theyhave never know this tire company to find defects--thus audi does not haveto payfor tires and neither will the tire co.

My ford 07 expedition hasa ongoing problem w/ a tire losing air. Ford has looked at it 3 times and the 3rd time say they fixed it with a patch on a small hole. The tire still leaks air and the air sensor goes off every 4-5 days.

The contact owns a 2008 kawasaki concours 14 equipped with pirelli angel gt tires (na), size 120/70zr/17 (na). When the contact depressed the brake pedal after driving 35 mph, the front tire became distorted and resulted in a loss of stability. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing where it was confirmed that the tire did not meet the specifications of the bike which caused the failures. The tire could not be replaced because the spec models would not be available until the latter part of 2015. The tire was re-balanced. The tires were not replaced. The tires were replacement tires. The vehicle failure mileage was 21,922 and the tire failure mileage was 1,100.

Second set of pirelli scorpion atr's that i've had within 10,000 miles large stress cracks begin to form starting at the wheel and moving outwards.

Tires in my 2007 ford expedition regularly lose air. Local tire shop didn't locate leak in tire. Tires wearing unevenly over time and now must replace all four after 30k miles. Upon removing tire and tire shop inspecting, they noticed cracks in valve stems. Bought four new tires.

The day after purchasing a new 2010 f-150 ford truck this past november i experienced a terrible vibration at around 70 mph. I stopped at the nearest ford dealer which was frankfort ky and they checked the balance then said there was an drive shaft alignment repair needed but would take several hours. Because i was traveling and would not be at my home location for a week i called the dealer in north carolina where it was purchased, after a bit of checking around they told me via phone that the drive shaft was not the issue.a week later i took the truck to the original dealer and they balanced the tires and give it back to me. I had a 400 mile trip to make and within the first 50 miles the shake was back in the truck. I called the dealer then returned the truck back to them 3 days later. The service manager took a ride with me and said it felt like flat spots on the tires. The kept the truck overnight and did another balance job while checking the drive shaft, brakes, transmission and rotors.when i got the truck back this time the shaking started at 45 mph and continued to around 65 mph. I was on another trip and called the dealer to relay the bad news. I returned the truck back to the dealer and they replaced all four tires with pirelli 20 inch scorpion tires like the ones that came on it. I offered to pay the difference in price to install another brand of tire but the dealer would not have it. After taking the truck on a 2000 mile trip the shaking has returned just as bad as the day i purchased the truck. The vehicle is 4 months old and has 16000 miles on it, i have complained since the day it was purchased and now its nearing half of the warranty life and the issue is not resolved.

While inflating tires for a customer the tpms valve stem sensor broke and deflated the tire.

I purchased tires in january 2015 , in october 2015, my signalldisplayed check tire pressure. I had the tire inspected an rotated at place of purchase. Within weeks my tire was completely flat. I stopped at the nearest station and was told i had a crack in the inner side wall.on 10/15/2015 i returned to the place i purchase the tires. I explained that i believed, that my tire is faulty. The merchant told me "you must have hit something, it happens all the time ".. I explain to him that i didn't hit anything, i had the tire inspected by another tire place and it was stated, the tire has to be faulty, because where the crack is seen, inner side wall. I said to merchant,if i had run over something it should damage to the part of the wheel that touches the surface.. My wheel was plugged in the mean time. The seller of thistires refuse to replace the tire. He said he would sell me a new tire for $389. Plus tax..i have a warranty on the tires, if the tire cracked on the inner side wall , why aren't they being held responsible? do i have to have a blowout on the highway, wait for an investigation; and then find that all could have been avoided;if the merchant had been honest? had i been a male, this situation would have been settle with a hand shake!! i find this to be outrageous.. How many other's will this happen to? his suggestion that i should just buy a new tire from him is, dishonoring the warranty , only to have another crack surface in 6-8 months...

Three (3) tires will not hold tire pressure; have to be inflated 3 to 5 times per week tomaintain tire pressure.

The truck shakes so bad you will get an upset stomach after a few hours of riding in it.

Rear brakes/rotors on 2006 ford freestyle once recalled by ford and replaced now the rear brakes and rotors are all worn out again after 20000 miles. Front brakes have not even been replaced with 45000 miles no problem there.old parts are available.

Second set of pirelli scorpion atr's that i've had within 10,000 miles large stress cracks begin to form starting at the wheel and moving outwards.

My left rear tire blew out.

Rear alignment not within specs from factory, caused rear tires to wear out prematurely. Front disk brake rotors and brakes unrepairable at 11,000 miles. Chevrolet would not cover repairs under warranty.

Have a 2007 ford freestyle and the pirelli tires on it separated at the tread line. There was apparently a tsb issued on this car regarding the suspension and despite frequent maintenance checks and services in the past two years - this occurred less than 3 weeks after a routine oil change and check up.

I have a 2007 ford mustang gt premium convertible.i had taken two of my tires to ntb to have the tires replaced with oem tires.i noticed the valve stems cracked on the old tires, and asked to have them replaced.upon driving the car the very next day, one of the new tires lost pressure and went flat on the highway.when i went to replace it with my spare, i noticed the valve stems were not replaced.i immediately called ntb, and they are going to replace the now bad tire with a replacement, and change both valves, which were neverreplaced.after i got home i noticed that the two original tires that were not replaced have cracked valves.i am going to have these replaced also.the original tires only have 12,000 miles on them.

Three (3) tires will not hold tire pressure; have to be inflated 3 to 5 times per week tomaintain tire pressure.

I have experienced two valve stem failures on two different tires (pirelli p-zero) on my 2005 ford mustang. I had the valve stem replaced the first time and will do so again. I will keep the old valve stem from this latest incident.

Tire blow out caused by a faulty (leaking) valve stem, when the remaining 3 were checked - 2 were cracked and one was leaking.

Cracked valve stem caused tire to rapidly deflate on expressway. Aftermarket tires and wheels were purchased in may of 2007 from discount tire.

Cracked valve on new 2007 ford mustang. I had two flats in a week. All of the valves were cracked. I replaced them all.

Air valve stems are breaking on all 4 tires, i keep losing air pressure and ford says they wont compensate---i only have 7,000 mi.

Loss of air pressure in the tires (3 out of 4 so far) due to faulty valve stems.
