Four tires from pep boys lt-265/75/16e (mfg. By cooper tires) on ford diesel truck (f-250) had to be replaced due to 3 tread separations and one for radial pull. Last incident was 2 rear tires that had tread separation within 60 miles of each other on same day (3 oct. 09) while pulling 5th wheel rv. All tires properly inflated using weight chart, load based. Did approx. 4000.00 worth of damage to rear left and right side of f-250 truck. Last incident put us into a ditch, but no injuries. Claims submitted and the last two tires sent to cooper tire co. Dot # for the 2 tires is upw8 xeb 0205 h07r " "0505 c00rall tires replaced with same tires from pep boys. Stupid huh? awaiting claim adjustment.
