Sidewall exploded while entering a driveway. Bought the same tire as a replacement and itdeveloped a giant sidewall bubble in a few thousand miles that just ruptured...the two tires both went bad in only 11333 miles...about 5666 miles each!!
While driving down the highway at 65-70 mph, the tread on one of my futura lte 2000 p215/65r15 came completely off. Before and during long trips (like this one), i check and verify that the air pressure of the tires is 35 psi and all tires were holding their pressure just fine (i.e. No leaks). I had last checked the tire pressure the previous evening.
