I have ordered a pair of tires from discount tire direct and after i put them on the car, i thought they are ok, so i ordered another pair. Few months later one of the tires developed un-round shape and it was torn from the inside. I have contacted discount tire direct, and they forced me to pay another $14, and i returned the bad one and they sent me another one same make and model. This week i have the same problem again. One of the tires developed that un-round shape again. Both incidents happened on our family car where my little kids are inside the car. Thats unacceptable; if any of these deformations would have caused the tire to explode, that would have caused unacceptable harm to my family. This product threatens the well being of my family. At this time i no longer accept this product at all and i demand a full refund for all the money i have paid so far.i have all receipts, photos for the first tire, photos for the second tire, and all 4 tires.note: the tires writen on themmilestar ms932 88h nss-01-12f0
I have milestar ms 932 sport tires185/65r15 on my prius toyota06 vehicle i recently had one of these tires separate on me ,the( steel belt).it had a large lump in the tread area which most definitely would have exploded if i didnt stop and get it replaced.two months later i experienced the same thing with another tire one the same vehicle . All tires were purchased from the same companyat first thought i suspected just a bad tire but this happening twice to me shows that it must be a greater defect problemthe tires have approximately 27000 on them .they are supposed to be 60000 tiresthese are well cared for tires and have not been subjected to abuse or any repairs.id number on the first tire that failed is 04ch514a124
The contact owns a 2004 chevrolet aveo equipped with milestar ms932 (na) tires, size: 185/65/r14 (na). While driving 65 mph, the contact heard a loud boom sound and the vehicle veered left without warning. The contact was able to pull the vehicle over to the side of the road and observed that the sidewall of the rear driver side tire was blown open. The tire was not diagnosed or replaced. The contact stated that the dot number of the tire was not included in nhtsa campaign number: 15t004000 (tires). The manufacturer was not notified. The vin was unknown. The vehicle failure mileage was 120,000 and the tire failure mileage was 12,000.
