The truck has had chronic brake pull problems - either to the right or left side.the dealer hasn't been responsive to resolve the problem in question.no parts were replaced by the dealer; chrysler has been very unresponsive to the problem.the pull is so bad that the truck will actually change lanes while braking.i am not sure if nhtsa really does anything, but if they stand for safety, then this problem should be very seriously looked into.many other people have complained about this same problem.for more information concerning the brake pull problems, please refer to: http://www.cartrackers.com/forums/messages/164.mechgoblins.html.there are many people there that have experienced the same problem i have.( dot number: tire size: 245/75 )
Whilestopping for a red lightconsumer heard a loud noise. Cfonsumer got out of vehicle andnoticed that tire flat.aaa was called, who indicated that the valve stem blew out.the next day while the vehicle was sitting in the driveway the valvestem blew out again at another another tire. Pe04066_cat
Driving a jeep 2003 mich lx tire 235/65/r17sidewall dry rot, reportedto mich they said it was the ozone, as a scientist and an ndt level 4 inspector i was surprised that the person they sent me to address the issue spent less than 10 minutes looking at the remaining 3 tires. The person refused to give me any written report the tires only have 15k on them. Michelin will not give me a voucher for 4 free tires i am afraid others will have the same issue the dry rot side wall will blow out and cause a death or several. Michelin recalled 1,3 million tires voluntarilybut refuses to recall mine.beware of michelin tires.
