The contact owns a 2011 chevrolet cruze equipped with master craft mc440 tires, size: p215/60r16. The contact felt a bulge in the wall of the tire while driving 55 mph. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis but they were unable to duplicate the problem. The tire was replaced and the manufacturer was not notified. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 30,000 and the tire failure mileage was 4,000. The dot number and vin was not available.
Incidental observation of a small barely noticibleballooning area on the outside of the tire sidewall. Recent purchase. No road hazard occurrences. Installer says the sidewall belt/belts may have separated or spread cord issue
