The contact owns a 2016 forest river vengeance equipped with lions head tires, tire line: vail sport radial, tire size: st235/80/r16 and dot number nmnx0115. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the contact was notified of bubbles around the side wall of the tire. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that four tires on both sides of the rv had bubbles and needed to be replaced. All tires were replaced. The tire and the vehicles manufacturers were notified of the failure. The tire and vehicles failure mileages were 4,000.
I purchased a 2016 winnebago scorpion 04-28-2016, the trailer has less then 3,000 miles on it. One tire almost came apart (separated), we asked lions head to replace all tires and lions head said no. They sent us one new tire. Now160 miles later on trailer the two tires on the passenger side are wearing faster on the outside of the tire and also the sidewalls have separated on the inside of both tires.lions head said they will only replace those two tires. So we still have two lions head tires made the same as the other three other tires that have failed. I dont know if its going to take someone dying before they will replace all the tires. Winnebago told me its not their problem and i needed to contact lions head. I have made my kids aware of all the problems we have had with the tires.
