I have had my hyundai accent 2001 for a year now, so far..i have had to have my brakes changed 4 times, new rotors 2x, my check engine light comes on for no apparent reason...the dealer tells me this is normal wear and tear....hundreds of dollars later....now my door handle is coming...i check the recall website...my vehicle has been recalled 2x and i have not once received notifcation of this...my car is also horrible in any kind of weather other than dry and sunny...if it rains, i slide, snows- i slide..already got into 2 accidents because of this....

2002 kia sedona at 19,604 miles took it to the dealership for the floorboard buckles on the driver side when the steering wheel is turned to a full rotation, no problem found at that time , they said they could feel nothing. At 25,000 miles returned to the dealership with the same problem, test drove they could feel the floorboard buckle and was told it is normal. Now at 41,000 miles i have the same problem but the insides of the front tires wore down to the cords and i had to have the tires replaced.*la

Kumho tire had steel belts showing through the tread after only 29,500 miles

The kumho steel belted radial 771 tires on the vehicle to not respond well and caused the consumer to slide through intersections and spin excessively. *mjs

I would like to file a formal complaint against grace honda located at 345 el caminoreal, san bruno ca. Last 11-03-02 my husband enrique lim purchased a brand new civic honda si . Grace honda had pre-installed after marketwheels and tires. This modification was not approved by the manufacturer honda. 02-06-03 i brought back my brand new vehicle to grace honda complaining that my two front tires have several bubbles on the wall of the tire. I informed grace honda that these after market tires and wheels mis-match odd sized rim and tires will cause potential tire explosions, serious injuries or death. 02-07-03 sales mgr. Roman tioseco and bobby quema refused to replace these faulty poor quality products. They stated that these wheels and tires were not covered under warranty . Grace honda said that these wheels and tires were more susceptible to damaged caused by road hazards, pot holes and uneven street pavement. I requested grace honda to replace these after market wheels and tires and install the original honda equipment but they refused to resolve these serious safety issues. Grace honda modified the vehicle original equipment to mislead consumer that they replaced the original equipment and convinced me that they installed a better quality tires which i payed additional $ 1,595.00. Grace honda did not disclose that these wheels and tires were more susceptible to damage caused by road hazards, pot holes and uneven pavement.grace honda were engaged in very unfair business pratices, gross reckless negligence and having no regards for safety. My vehicle is only three months old but the vehicle has become a ultimate lemonbecause they modified the wheels and tires and installed poor quality produts. These wheels and tires will explode anytime and will cause serious injuries and deaths. Grace honda informed me last 02-28-03 that they will not replace the wheels and tires.

While driving on i75 from naples, fl to ft. Lauderdale, fl,the driver side left front tire blew at 70 mph.the tread that meets the pavement separated from the sidewall.this tire is a kuhmo 195/70 r14 90h model 722 original factory tire on my 1999 hyundai sonata with only 25,000 miles on the tires.before any road trip, i check tire pressure for safety purposes.my car body hit the pavement a few times before coming to a stop resulting in left front fender damage.this fender will cost around $700 to replace.i feel very unsafe with these tires and the cost to replace all 4 tires is around $300.this was a very dangerous and frightening situation, not only for me but also for the other vehicles passing me on the highway as the car was vibrating violently as the tire blew.it was all i could do to hold on to the steering wheel and keep the car in my lane as the car came to a stop.i sent an email to kuhmo via their website and have not received a reply.

My tire ripped off the rim when we drivingabout 60 mphlike the ones did for firestone and it did damage to my van the company did not want to fix anything well we lucky no one got hurt.so i took it to the dealer and they said they never seen this happen i think you should look at these tires.*la

My daugther and i were driving to see her grandmother and i noticed the front end of my truck riding rough. When we arrived at her grandmothers i looked at my left front tire and noticed a bulge on the sidewall that was approximately 12 inches long and the width of the sidewall. If this tire were to blow out this may have caused serious injury to my daugther, myself and my truck. These were kumho 711 ectsa. It looks to be that the rubber on the sidewall seperated. I have less than ten thousand miles on these tires. This is obviously a manufacturing defect and is a serious safety issue. These tires have not been on the market but for approximately a year.

I was driving on i-95 s in miami.the steering wheel started to shake, then i felt the right front tire give out.i immediately pulled over and inspected the tire.the tread portion of the tire on the outside sidewall separated from the bead around the rim.the tire is a kumho ecsta 712, size 205/50zr17 89w ,dot yolj yan (2101).
