Kelly tire immediate and unexplained sidewall tire failure - traveling 65mph on i-95 near richmond, virginia at night (9pm). No injury nor damage. Passenger-side rear tire. No debris-on-road impacted. Damage so severe to tire - model is unknown, butchose kelly charger model to continue form submission.hopefully, tire id# will identify model.no loss of control - continued to shoulder and replaced tire with spare.

Dt:2001 w9 kenworth, kelly tires 11r22.5.the consumer stated the tread separated from the tire.this occurred on a two week old tire located on the passenger's side rear inside.the tire was taken to atravel center they sent the tire to goodyear.goodyear stated it was a defective tire.this happened on july 12, 2005.the consumer statedthe mud flap and bar was ripped off when this happened.
