While driving 60 mph and applying the brakes for a traffic stop, the drivers side tire went flat. The tire was replaced with a spare. The following day the contact noticed that the rear passenger tire was also flat. The contact discovered that the side walls were wearing, causing them to go flat prematurely. The manufacturer was contacted and informed him that the warranty was expired and they were unable to assist. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000.
