The contact owns a 2003 holiday rambler endeavor. The vehicle was equipped with goodyear, tire line: g159, tire size: 275/r70/r22.5, and dot number :(n/a) the contact stated that while driving at 65 mph, the front passenger side tire exploded without warning. Due to the failure, the contact lost control of the vehicle and hit a sidewall barrier on the highway. The motor home was not equipped with air bags. A police report was filed at the scene of the accident. There was were injuriesreported due to the accident. The motor home was initially towed to an independent tow yard and was then later towed to another independent mechanic who could repair the tire. The manufacturer (goodyear)was notified of the failure and a settlement was made in relation to the failure. The tire was repaired. The vehicle and tire failure mileage were approximately 21,000.
