The tire developed a bubble in the sidewall.the tire is just over a year old and has less than 1,000 miles on it.all driving is on city roads/interstate.the car has not hit any potholes, curbs, or had any other damage.i am concerned because a review of numerous online comments report the exact same problem with this tire.if you google "goodyear excellence rof reviews", you will find dozens and dozens of similar comments about sidewall bubbles; many resulting in blowouts.just as an example, the tirerack.com tire review by tire lists 61 reviews, and almost all mention sidewall bubbles; some happening on multiple tires.i called goodyear, but their customer service was completely unresponsive.tire size - p245/40 r19
