Bought a 2009 dodge charger 5.7 v8 hemi and only had it for 5 months and had to replace the hole engine due to the rods breaking and also exhaust emissions this problem has cost me over 5,000 dollars please help me with this issue.

I recently purchased four (4) goodyear eagle ultra grip gw-3 tires (235/55r17) from sams club in dover, delaware and they were shipped from the goodyear warehouse all with a dot date of 3614almost 4-years old!i dont believe goodyear should be selling tires with a dot date of 3614.if you provide me with an e-mail, i can forward my correspondence with goodyear consumer relations.
