I had a problem with my balljoints on my 2003 dodge durango and they fix it.but they didnt fix my tire stud . Whenthe balljoint came apart the whole tire came off and broke my studs and i toldthem and they didnt fix it.

Value stem failure. Itwo fail on me in two days the tires where brought from goodyear tire on williamsburg road in richmond va thefirst was sat may 24 2008 had to replace the tirethe other may 26 only replace stem.
2008 cyclone toyhauler, heartland. I have had up to eight blow outs on this trailer due to under rated tires and axle. I have had to have the sides of the camper repaired on both sides in 2009. Then this year i had two blow out and now have to have the side of camper repaired again. Can some one do something to heartland about this? there are people out there with the same issues.

Sub standard tires, on july 21, 2004 i had a blow out on the passenger side rear wheel,of my fifth wheel travel trailer. I did not think anything about the blow out other than i having bad luck, the trailer is a 2003 make made by gulf stream. So i just had the tire replaced andrepaired the damage to the trailer.i had the tire repaired but did not save the old tire.in september we took another camping trip, well on the way i had another blow out on the same side but the front tire causing minor damage, this is no freak incident i had the tire replace but i kept the old tire this time. Two days later on the way home,i had another blow out on the driver side. As soon as we made it home i replaced all four of the tires on the trailer. I contacted carlisle tires and sent them the tires (1 blow out 2-good tires) that did not cause damage, and week later they reimburse me for these tires, the second blow out that cause the minor damage i had to contact goodyear and sent them the old tire, a week later they also reimburse me for the second tire and the damage to the travel.i file a claim with goodyear on the first blow out and was denybecause i good not provide them with the tire goodyear policy is no tire no claim no service so they will not reimburse me for the first blow out the one that cost me $871.00 (carlisle st 225 75r15 made by goodyear). My problem is that they just replaced the four tires because of some type of problem with the tires, but because i can't provide them with the fifth tires they will not even consider working with me.
Our 2002 sprinter 30 foot trailer spare tire, a carlisle 225/75 r15 range "d" exploded on our spare tire coach carrier. We contacted melinda kelly @ carlisle tires @ 1-800-260-7959 ext. 351 for further assistance on this matter. We have still not resolved this issue and have 4 more of these exploding tires on our coach. The exploding tire was never on our coach and blew off and ripped apart our spare tire cover. We have children and are very afraid of having the other, same, tires which are obviously defective cause a more severe injury/accident. Is there anything we can do to resolve this issue? we have informed carlisle we are oving out of state soon, and they have dragged this out, hoping we would just "give up". Please help us!becky.
Tires were replaced with wrong size by 2 separate dealers causing tire sensor light to be on . After over 25 service visits problem discovered .dealer sent home with known safety problem "would not correct properly" 4 days later accident resulted.*nlm

Goodyear marathon radial tire 225/75r15 tires have blown out on five occasions.
I own a 2003 volkswagon jetta that came with goodyear tires. At 20,435 thousand miles i got my first flat tire. When a second tire went flat less than 2 months later, i decided to purchase a full set of different tires. When the old tires were removed there was severe cracking and "tears" in the walls of the tires. I maintain my vehicle so there was no reason as to why the tires went flat. I live in a safe neighboorhood and had my car for a year before the tires started to go flat. I did not drive through any construction sites and there was no sign this was vandalism since the cuts were on the inside of the wheel. Luckily, neither of the flats happened on a major highway because i could have lost complete control of my car. When my tires were replaced the mechanic told me that i was basicaly driving on "time bombs" and that it was good that i came in. He then proceeded to show me other tires with the same characteristics. I could not believe goodyear had a line of defective tires and they were doing nothing about it. With a name like goodyear i would have thought they would have cared more about their customers. Aside from the tears, the tires are still in good shape with the tread barely worn down. Most tires last 40,000 plus miles, i got my first flat tire at half that. Now, i am out over $500.00 because i had to purchase a whole new set of tires. I think it is outrageous goodyear has not offered to pay any of that. I kept the tires as proof and i have many pictures. Apparently they only pay attention to people who get injured.

Goodyear fortera tires rated for 60,000 miles gave only approx. 25,000 miles of service with over 95% of driving on highways.

We purchased a 2004 nissan quest with the full warranty plan.in the last several months, the passenger rear has not stayed inflated.the representative at your cathedral city office claims this is a stem valve problem but they would have to charge me $200 for the part plus $100/hr for labor and because they do not know the exact problem, we could be charged for more than 1 hour of labor.we have been told by the aforementioned service department as well as nissan headquarters (800-nissan-1) that this is not covered under the extended warranty plan and that nissan will not assist in this repair.in this instance, the nissan salesman misled us with the purchase of the extended warranty plan, claiming it covered the same as the original warranty. We are mostly displeased with this because we are being asked to fill our tire with air several times a week if we continue to drive our nissan quest, or spend hundreds of dollars on the valve repair because it appears nissan doesn't want to take responsibility of not having quality parts in their tires, intentionally or unintentionally.
