The contact stated while driving 65 mph, there was a blowout of the driver's side rear tire. The blowout caused the vehicle to turn sharply left, spin around twice, and crashed with oncoming vehicles coming from behind. Emergency services were called out to the scene of the crash. There were no injuries sustained. A police report was filed. The tire was a replacement tire. Neither the tire manufacturer nor the vehicle manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage on the tire was 14,000.
