The contact owns a 2004 dodge grand caravan.the vehicle has good ride tires, size 225/60r/16 (na).while driving 65 mph, the vehicle shook very badly.the contact had to slow down and pull the vehicle to the side of the road.the mechanic stated that the passenger side rear tires had a round in them and could not be repaired.the current mileage was 34,500 and failure mileage was 34,300.
The contacts client owns a 1998 pace arrow vision.the contact was the insurance agent of the vehicle owner.he stated that the front driver side tire separated and damaged the front bumper, fender, and undercarriage of the vehicle.nhtsa recall number 07t003000 (tires:tread/belt) was referenced.the tires were fts telluride, size lt265/75r16 and the client has them available.the speed, road conditions, engine size, number of cylinders, powertrain, purchase date, and dot number were unknown.the current and failure mileages were 80,235.the consumer stated also has the front tire that did not separate and would also like to be reimbursed for that as well.
