I have 4 recalled tires with the right date codes but foreign tire won't take back because they say they are counterfeit. That was told to us by marie at foreign tire.
Had tires rotated and noticed tire separation and bubble on inside of tire. Found nhtsa recall campaign # 07t003000 action number eq08012. Since i did not register tires do i have any options for tire replacement?
