The consumer stated the tires were on an 18 foot utility trailer. The tires were replaced after the blow out occurred.the cosumer purchased four new tires. The contact was told by the manufacturer that nothing could be done, because the tires were not under recall. The failure mileage was 16,933 for the first blow out and 21,731 for the second.
