Pe # 000200; while driving 65 mphrear driver's side tire tread came apart. Tire size was p235/85r16, load e 10 ply, ford,pickup. Tires were purchased from a firestone dealership.also,five tires were purchased 1 year ago, and all but one have blownout.this incident being the latest one.
The two front tires had tread separations and both tires were out of round and could not be balanced.*mjph
This year, i purchased a new bass cat bass boat from pop's marine, toano, va. The trailer has a dual axle and came with five firestone firehawk p205/70r 14 93s ss10 m + s tires -- four on the ground and one in the spare position. In may, having put less than 200 miles on the trailer tires, i was in the act of returning to the dealer for the required 20 hour warranty check on the boat motor. I fueled my tow vehicle at the flying j truck stop at carmel church, va. And, since the trailer had not been on the road in several weeks, i checked the air pressure in all the tires. The tires were properly inflated per the instructions on the tire wall. Leaving the flying j, i headed south on interstate 95. Just pass the ashland, va. Exit, the right rear trailer tire simply disintegrated. There was the sound of an explosion and only a small bit of carcass remained attached to the wheel. The rest of the tire simply disappeared. Right front tire, firestone p22570r14dot: vnfc1pr506, blewout while driving.before blowout, consumer noticed a 'fairly significant vibration, and inspection afterwards revealed that there had been a lump in tread oftire.this was second tire that consumer had to replace.please provide any additional information.consumer states there was no blowout, and tread separated at location of lump, also the first failure occured in october 2000 was a slipped belt.

Consumer states 2000 ford f250 came equipped w/4 firestone steeltex all terrain tires.at 30k consumer noticed hairline cracks in the sidewalls of tires.consumer then purchased 4 new identical mfr/model tires.at 3000 miles the driver's front and rear tires experienced a blowout at the sidewall. While driving, firestone dueler 684 tire p245/70r16 experienced tread separation from the rear passenger side, faulty tire also caused loud noise, firestone replaced tire for $20.

While drivng 55-60 mph tire on the rear driver's side blewout. Firestone, fr 680, tire size p18565r14. Original tire equipment on a 2000, l series, saturn. Tire mileage about 8,000. Firestone was contacted abouttire. All tires were replaced finally with no question asked.please list dot # and any other information.
