Mr. Tate inquired about federal statistics of sport utility vehicles (suv) accidents, specifically involving ford explorers and/or firestone tires.*ph *nlm.
While driving passenger front tire went halfway flat, causing vehicle to sway. Conusmer was able to make it to the dealer,dealer replaced tire, but could not explain why the tire wentflat. Tire size p215/60r15.

While driving, the left rear inside tire blew out. Dealer notified. Size lt22575r16 dot#vdil-1xd-448. Ph
While driving at 40 mph rear driver's side tire blew out.

Original tire equipment on a 1999, ford, expedtion.a firestone dealership agreeded to replace tire with a mimimal charge. Please list tire size and dot #.this situation has occurred on 3 of the 4 firestone 16 in tires.
