S10 appropriate handling - copy of a letter nesa wilson regarding a number of safety issues with their forest river rv.the consumer stated awning lights kept shorting and dimming. A trip the dealership revealed un-insulated wiring behind the awning frame was causing the short. On september 2, 2016, the right front tire blew out. September 14, 2016, the consumer had to pull off the interstate, to re-attach the generator to the exhaust pipe. Both brackets holding the piper were broken and were very close to losing the exhaust pipe.september 18, 2016, the left front tire blew out, when the tire blew out, it ripped the outer panel of the rv over the tires and ripped the brace off that as holding the panel to the rv frame.the consumer noticed the wooden valance over the entire length of the super slide was coming down in the ceiling. Upon further investigation, it had not bee secured into anything in the ceiling. Updated 10/27/16.
The contact owns a 2015 jayco eagle premier equipped with dynamic power king towmax st (na) tires, size: 235/80r16. While driving approximately 60 mph, the rear passenger side tire blew up. The tire was replaced with a spare and taken to a dealer where the tire was replaced. The failure recurred on other unknown tires. The vin was unavailable. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate tire and vehicle failure mileage was 1,700.
In december,2011, i purchased 2 equalizer sport a/p tires.in august 2013 , one of them had a tread separation, which i caught and replaced it before a bigger problem.in march, 2014 the tread of the second tire came off completely without warning.it damaged my vehicle.we were fortunate that my wife and i were not hurt as we were towing a 12,000 pound 5th wheel rv.further information will be about the second incident.

This tire sold by interco is manufactured by dynamic tire corpinterco referred me to them for claims on my trailer damage. Dynamic tire corp refused my claim. Interco tire corp rep said it appeared tread separation. Dynamic tire corp claim over load or under inflation. I purchased a new5th wheel rv in july 2013 and i have had 2 tire blow outs within 8 months since i bought it. I always check and maintain the recomended 80 psi cold pressure that the tire calls for and i keep my highway speed below 65 mph. It appears to be tread seperation and it has done extensive damage to my rv both times. I have had the rv repaired by a rv dealer both times.
