This is a follow up to a complaint that i made in 2003 or early in 2004. My 2000 honda civic original tires failed. 2 failed and were replaced with the same brand under warranty, then the other 2 failed and i bought a different brand. Then i registered this with you. Just now the first 2 tires replaced failed for the same reason. Please respond and let me know that you have combined this complaint with the previous complaint. Please note that i am very meticulous about air pressure and rotation.

While driving at 50 mph and with no warningfront left tire blewout, causing the consumer to pull off the road.
The contact owns a 2005 chevrolet silverado 2500 equipped with north gateway buckshot mudder (na) tires, size: p265/85/r65 (na). While driving approximately 55 mph, the tread separated on all four tires and the tires became flat. Pieces of the tires dented the fender and also caused the mud flap to detach. The tires were not diagnosed or replaced. The tires were replacement tires. The manufacturer was unable to be contacted. The vin was not available. The approximate tire failure mileage was 5,000. The vehicle failure mileage and vin were unknown.
Dt*:the contact stated while driving 55 mph the vehicle shakes and makes a rattling noise.the vehicle was taken to the dealership for inspection.upon inspection, the dealership replaced all four tires, which did not remedy the problem.the manufacturer was notified; however no additional repairs were made. Mercedes representative greed to pay for 2 tires, 4 mountings and alignment. They refused any payment after removing tires from the rims. Advised the contact they would put old tires back on. The contact spent5 hours sittiing and waiting. They installed the new tires, but contact paid fro all $1,035.
Dt:the contact stated that the passenger side rear tire blew out.there were no puncture marks on the tire.has service records showing when she had taken it to a mechanic to get a dummy tire put on.two days later the replacement tire blew out.the replacement is a euro futura with the brand name of metric radio 88t.the two tires blew out under different circumstances.
