I purchased 4 new p225/75r-15 dominator all season cooper tires from discount tire in jacksonville fl for my jeep cherokee.as i drove the car home from the tire store i heard a loud "roar" each time i reached a speed above 40 mph.before i could return the car to the shop for an inspection of the tires, i totaled it.i was traveling 45 mph on the interstate when i lost the ability to steer; my vehicle left the roadway and in my attempt to regain control and bring it back to road it flipped end over end.i had driven on those tires less than 100 miles. A complete mechanical inspection was performed on the car after the collision and no mechanical defects were found.

Before leaving to college station to go visit our daughter we stopped at discount tier to have the tire pressure checked. During the check the tech noticed that the right front tire had a very noticeable bulge and was told that the tires walls were beginning to separate. He called it a tire defect and his recommendation was to have the tire replaced in order to avoid a serious accident. I did pay for a new tire and have not driven the car since then due to safety concerns on the other 3 tires. I do not have the funds to pay for 3 new tires. We have been driving my tahoe since then.
Third instance of tire failure in past year.tread comes completely off during interstate highway travel.fortunately the tires did not lose air and i was able to come to a safe stop.
