I purchased 2 cooper lifeliner touringsle size 215/ 65r-15. They complete unraveled within one week of each other. One was replaced as my daughter was headed on a 350 mile trip back to her college town, and the other i still have disintergrated on her way home from college. She could have been seriously injured if they were on the front instead of the back. I could not believe it it came apart right down to the steel belt.
While driving our 1999 buick rivera, i noticed what felt like an out of round tire. As soon as i arrived home, i checked out the tire. It was located at psr. I found evidence of tread separation in the form of a bulge in the tread. I also examined the dsr tire and found the same thing.
We were traveling on the interstate when we noticed the car started shaking then a loud pop was heard.fortunately my daughter maintained control of the car and guided to the median safely.when we got out we saw that the tire had shredded away from the tube about half way around..

I have purchased 3- cooper life liner touring sle 205501687 h tires.2 were on the rear.2 months after purchase, the right rear tire went flat.i replaced it.2 weeks later the left rear went flat.i filled it and the very next day the right rear went flat.i put a spare on and took them where i bought them.they ran tests and found nothing to be wrong with the tire and could not explain why they just went flat.i replaced the 2 rear tires with a different brand and have yet to have a problem with them.
