May 30, 2007-left front tire went flat, hole on inner side right below tread-could not be fixed-bought new tirejune 16, 2007-right front tire blew out on highway and shredded apart, heavy smoke-bought new tirejuly 5, 2007-right front tire-hole blow tread on inside--cannot be fixed.

The contact owns a 2005 ford f-150 equipped with continental contitrac bsw tires, size: lt245 75 r17. The contact stated that all four tires were cracked on the sidewall. The contact took the vehicle to a mechanic to have the brakes changed and was informed of the failure. The contact spoke to the manufacturer in regard to nhtsa campaign id number: 05t022000 (tires: tread/belt), but was told that the tire size was not included. Continental contitrac tr lt275/70r18 tires bought 3 ford f-350 brand new with these tires on them and we had a blowout on one truck on the highway and you can see the sidewall is blistering on the others- 15 tires in total. There is a recall on these tires in canada but not in the us.

The contact owns a 2006 ford f-350.the vehicle has continental contitrac tr bsw, size lt275/70r18 125/122s tires.while driving 5 mph, the vehicle vibrated.the contact inspected the vehicle and noticed that the passenger side rear tire was flat.the face of the tire detached and he noticed premature wear on all four tires.as of november 14, 2007, the dealer had not inspected the tires.the tow truck operator felt that the tire was defective.there is a recall for the tires: tread/belt (nhtsa campaign id number 05t022000); however, the manufacturer had not verified if his tires were included.the failure mileage was 16,000 and current mileage was 25,000.
